Cons: - Listing claims there's parking, there is none (street parking only, unless it was somewhere we couldn't find). - Listing says free breakfast, there's none (they give you a granola bar, apparently that's your free breakfast). - There are no staff on site to resolve issues, the main one being "how do we even get in the building??". We arrived and another group who'd booked arrived at the same time. Neither groups could figure out how to get in. After pressing the smart doorbell several times we finally got through to someone who made us read our room number and passcodes out (meaning the other people there heard our passcodes for our rooms). - The phone number they provided in the emails is disconnected, meaning the only way to contact anyone is through the smart doorbell on the door. Pros: - Clean - Generally comfortable - Located close to city center Overall, seems a bit not well run (borderline shady with the misrepresentation in the listing), but the rooms were clean and comfortable enough so fine to put up with for a night. Wouldn't go back.

SCAM—DO NOT BOOK. We arrived, notified the property owner via Ring doorbell, and used the emailed code to open our room (#14)—except it had been occupied. Tumbled bed, clothes and personal items strewn about. Tried to call owner and couldn’t connect due to issues with international mobile network. Owner says to call or email. So we emailed 3 times. Had booking co contact the owner to tell of the issue. Owner refused to refund. Cancellation policy says no refunds for No Show, modification, or cancellation. We did none of these. We arrived, we’re on the many cameras, and tried to contact the owner. Instead they ignored our 3 emails and marked us as a No Show, refusing to refund. A legitimate business would apologize for overbooking and promptly refund. This is obviously not a legitimate business as they book rooms not available and keep the money. This is theft and a scam. Will file a formal complaint with the consumer protection agency of Ireland.

Booked in September for a stay in January .after changing my booking dates the owner blocked my number. We arrived at the destination only to find out it's closed , although it was confirmed the week beforehand. Tried using husband's phone to ring, only to soon realize they had blocked his number too. Eventually got through via a lady in *********** where he told her the accomodation was closed and hung up on her. We got shafted for our money and never got it back! Stay away from this place
