I asked for cleaning, but for 4 nights and 5 days, they didn't clean, they didn't change towels, they didn't empty the trash, and the service was really zero.

Awesome stay at my 'Go-To' accommodation on short breaks in the capital. From the moment I stepped in to the property,the service was exceptional. Huge shout out to Natalia at the check in desk who looked after me and dealt with everyone and everything brilliantly. Thank you Premier Inn.

I booked a Premier Plus room but it was far from that. It was tiny, not even a wardrobe. everything was identical to a standard room apart from a different bathroom. The TV was awful, channels missing and the HDMI Connection was broken. The Heating didn't work and the window had been left fully open, so room was freezing all night. Wi-Fi was down, which I needed for work and there was no mobile signal so I couldn't do what I needed to. When I complained to reception they said there was a problem with Wi-fi hardware on that floor, but nobody told me that before I checked in ? Even the coffee machine leaked. I dont think anything in that room worked properly. I use Premier Inn's a lot for work and will never go back to this one.
