I picked this hotel because of very reasonable price and convenient location. I hade a Eurostar train early in the morning and this hotel is just 10 minutes from Kings Kross and St Pancras train station The biggest issue for me that they gave me the room in the ground floor and of course no one helped with my heavy suitcase to bring in down and up with very narrow stairs The room was not I’ve book in here, it was triple, that was strange for only one person, but I needed it just to sleep so I didn’t ask for any changes

I saw a lot of comments about the rooms, how small they were and the location of them (in another building), but in my case I got the perfect sized room, very private. Hot water, A/C, lots of tea bags to prepare, perfect location, beautiful street, nice breakfast, great service from front desk. Can't complain. Well, I could say that the wi-fi is really bad. Super close to St. Pancras and Russell Square Underground station.

It’s alright cuz the location is good. Quite close to the tube and in the city centre

Very clean, friendly staff. Shower in the single room was extremely tight so would suit smaller people

The room is small but clean and tidy. Breakfast is basic but fair enough. Wifi not working all the time. My room located at LG level and the stepping sound of upper floor very clear. No lift at hotel totally no good for heavy luggages. The shower head fixed too high and can’t be adjusted and the water not hot enough.

The room is very small,and a little weird two buildings to cross by for breakfast.

Room condition is clean and spacious for 3. Breakfast simple and nice.

The door opens at the appointed time and you are urged to check out. There is no elevator and no one speaks during your stay.

The room we booked is a family room. The space is OK for the same price. Hotels in the UK charge according to the number of guests. Everyone must pay attention. The hygiene is average. Toiletries and slippers need to be prepared by yourself. The breakfast is not bad👍

The environment is good, the transportation is convenient, and it is close to the University of London, but the room is too small

I'm too lazy to criticize. The room is extremely small. It says 0.8-1.3m bed, but in fact there is only 0.8m bed, no 1.3m bed. The service attitude of an Indian front desk is very bad. Very bad experience. Will never come again.

Convenient transportation, walking distance to the British Museum, good breakfast. But I live on the basement floor, there is no elevator, the stairs are narrow, and it is inconvenient to carry luggage.

If you want to take the train the next day, the location is very convenient and the price is right
