The washing machine is not very clean! Some strange smell in it~ but the kitchen set is perfect!

A really unsatisfactory experience and customer service follow up even poorer. I was disappointed to find in the room: - Discarded bottles on the floor on arrival indicating no one had check it had been cleaned to a satisfactory standard. - There was a broken dishwasher in the kitchen area. This meant when eating we had to do washing up, but there's no tea towels included. - Two light fittings were not working in the bathroom. - The hairdryer caught fire (which we did report to reception and they replaced with a very weak travel hairdryer) but the very fact it caught fire and melted the wire indicates it hadn't been checked. - The iPod dock in the living room didn’t work at all. There were also no instructions. - Dirty utensils in the rotating rack. - Clock battery had gone in the living room area. - There was also a persistent beep from a fire switch in the hall. Overall outdated and poorly maintained. Simply not worth the money. I have asked for compensation for our stay but received a standardised feedback form before anyone had addressed my complaint. I wouldn’t stay here.

We take matters like bottles on the floor very seriously, as this is not reflective of our usual standards. We also understand that maintenance issues can occasionally arise, and we do our utmost to address them quickly when reported. According to our records, we were made aware of a faulty hairdryer, two non-functional LED lights, and a dishwasher issue. Upon inspection, it was found that the faulty hairdryer may have caused an overload, affecting the other electrical appliances in the apartment. While such situations can happen in any home or apartment, we assure you that these are not signs of poor care, but rather isolated technical difficulties. As for the iPod dock, it was designed for older iPod models and does not support new devices that operate with USB, which is why it may not have functioned as expected. We understand how this could be frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We also appreciate you reporting the faulty hairdryer to reception, and we acted promptly to replace it with the same model, not a travel version, while we worked on rectifying the issue. We wish you had given us more time to investigate the other concerns, as we were not made aware of the full extent of your dissatisfaction until after your departure. It’s unfortunate that you felt compelled to post a review on social media before giving us the chance to resolve the situation. We always aim to respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns. Beware when booking this place if ur used to being clean this is not the place for you I booked the one bedroom apartment - Accessibility is a little tricky to get to the Main Street u have to take stairs or take a very long route . We had a baby trolly and a person with wheel chair so it wasn’t simple - There is nothing close to the hotel . It’s a 10 mins walk to the main wharf. - Most shops in the nearby mall close really early as it’s outside London city - THE PLCE IS DiRTY, the carpet underneath the sofa bed “which I closed cause sleeping on the sofa was more comfortable” was so filthy, was clearly never cleaned, apart from having stains from god knows what, it was dusty and when we lifted it up the floor under it was dirty and you can see multiple stains on it - they DONT clean on weekends and they clean only each alternate day we checked in on Thursday and were put on Monday so they didn’t clean at all. This information was not available on the information deck and they never mentioned it when I checked in , I was only (un)pleasantly surprised of it when we asked. - The corridor on our floor smelled really bad but we ignored with it as the smell was not coming into the room - so we called to get the carpet removed as we had a 7month old baby that crawls on the floor and puts everything in her mouth, also they the child got sensitive skin which got negotiated because of the carpet, they refused to take their carpet away. My sister had a discussion with them to at least and at least send someone to take the garbage out and they refused to do so and asked us to put it out . And they sent us a broom to clean ourselves - They never removed the carpet or the trash and the next day I was sitting down I over heard the manager telling the staff that I shouldn’t remove the filthy carpet cause it’s part of the room. we shouldn’t be putting the trash out and that this is not a hostel it’s a “Fraser place”. - Later in the day I got scolded by the staff telling me that the corridor smelled badly from the trash which I actually sealed very well and their corridor was smelling bad the entire time we were in the hotel clearly cause they are not clean. - I was asked to remove the carpet myself and put it on the floor below so they can “store it for us” as if it belongs to me. - We were also asked to take the garbage out ourselves which I believe a decent place never ask their guests to do. I didn’t want to ruin my mood anymore cause they already did a good job at that so I took my trash out. Their trash room is in the ground floor , and we had to put it in the big bins there is no garbage chute system in the hotel and we were in the 8th floor - There was a nice big spider in the toilet which conveniently was on my towel - I couldn’t take a shower in the hotel o felt I was more dirty cleaning myself with their towels - The staff has tries to be professional however the service is not great - Also on booking breakfast is included how

I recently had a disappointing experience with the staff at this establishment. It appears that they dismiss negative reviews as untruthful while accepting positive feedback without question. The staff's lack of friendliness is evident in their responses. Additionally, despite the fact that the individuals I stayed with are cyber security experts, the company made an inappropriate comment suggesting they need to familiarize themselves with Google Chromecast and ChatGPT. This response reflects a troubling lack of professionalism and a sense of insecurity on their part. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here to others.

The place itself is nice—the rooms were spacious, and we liked the overall setup. However, the service was extremely disappointing. We had connectivity issues with the TV, and despite calling reception three times, no one came to fix it. We were told someone would arrive within an hour, but they never showed up. Later, they claimed they had knocked three times, but since there is a doorbell, we would not have missed it. To make matters worse, staff were rude and dismissive, implying we should have basic knowledge of using a smart TV. I work in the computer science field, so if it were a simple issue, I would have resolved it myself—there was clearly something wrong with the TV. When we checked out, another staff member claimed the person who was supposed to assist us had left due to an emergency and that the woman we spoke to on the phone was “new.” However, this felt like an excuse made up on the spot rather than a genuine explanation. Looking at other reviews, poor service seems to be a recurring issue, and management is often defensive and rude in their responses. The hotel itself has potential, but until they improve staff professionalism and accountability, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I stayed overnight at Fraser place, the room was amazing however the staff were no help we had an issue with the tv and we had called up the reception on three occasions the first where we were told that someone would come in half an hour and help with this issue the person did not turn up after an hour we had called. Karina had picked up and said mohammed (previous person on the phone) had left which meant he had lied to us! Karina then said she cannot do anything about the TV and expected that we just utilise the room without the tv, which was something included in the package. She repeatedly said there is nothing she can do offering no solutions. This is very unfair and wrong I do not recommend a place with poor hospitality and service. Staff are supposed to accommodate guests correctly they are trained to provide services instead they do the complete opposite. DO NOT VISIT

Everything at Frasers Place Canary Wharf was amazing! Great spacious rooms, breathtaking views, and the team- nothing was too much trouble for the team. They definitely went Avon and beyond!! To top it all off, the hospitality of the General Manager of the Hotel- Astrid was absolutely phenomenal!! Would definitely recommend FP Canary Wharf to everyone!! P.S- They also have a gorgeous penthouse for longer stays! Do check it out! :)

A great good value place to stay. The small rooms are fully equipped for two - kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, cooker, microware and toaster. Tea & coffee and even a washer dryer! Great reception staff, inexpensive parking £12 per day. One stop on the jubilee line to the O2 so bring you drinks, snacks and even Meals before and after/breakfast. Don't be mislead. its only a 10min drive to O2 but its nearly an hour to walk. So tube is best.

The mini appartment was located on the first floor and was clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the check in as well as the chack ot was quick and easy. The room was quiet and you could rest peacefully in the evening. The apartment complex is located in a beautiful area close to Canary Wharf underground station. The view of the buildings was beautiful as was the park near the metro. The area is very quiet and outside the London coas and I highly recommend visiting. Every evening it was a pleasure to come back and walk around. In addition, the appartment was located two minutes walk from Canada Place Mall, with all the shops, completely new and directly connected to the underground. For a 4 day trip to London for four people the appartment was great, we would happily stay there again.

I don’t think I would ever stay here again. The hotel room is tidy and has everything you need amenity wise but the following are things drove me completely crazy during my stay. - It’s not overtly clean (doors curtains and cushions need a good clean) why cushions are not changed between stays I’m not sure - shower is mouldy in every corner and crevice and doesn’t make showering feel good - shower overflows after 30 seconds making it slippery and dangerous and also means you have to turn the shower off every 30 seconds as it spills over the sides - shower drips through the night. Had to throw a towel on the floor to stop the constant noise - tv in the lounge doesn’t work - service doors aren’t shut properly meaning wind coming through them comes under your main door -renovation work is clearly a mess and poorly managed - security is poor - the windows aren’t soundproof at all - I am actually not sure they are legal given just how much noise comes through them - outside many of the rooms is the traffic area where large construction vehicles have to be checked before going onsite for construction nearby. A traffic warden stands outside the windows of the apartment building and yells at these trucks all day from 630am. It’s painfully loud and annoying if you are trying to work or relax. I would say avoid or if you can afford it otherwise, make sure you get apartments on the levels 10+.

We stayed here whilst visiting the O2 for a show. Check in was easy and the staff friendly. The Apartment was really nice, clean and fitted out to a really high standard. We had a really good nights sleep as the bed was one of the comfiest we have ever had in a hotel. The only down side was the air con unit buzzed around every 45 minutes. Well located for anything in Canary Wharf and a really good price. Only a 10-15 minutes walk from the station.
