Wonderful area to be in, beautiful building and exceptional interior decor and atmosphere. Really hit or miss with the service. They can be nice or some can be in bit of a mood, so I would say the service is a bit inconsistent as well as the room cleaning service. Hit and miss. Would I come back? Probably, but would book earlier so price isn’t so pricey.

For everything English at its best Extremely charming and well kept property. Outdoor breakfasts were great. We will return if there are any rooms available.

This hotel has hidden expenses. The bill was 21.9 pounds per night when we left the hotel. We stayed in 3 rooms for 2 nights, a total of 130. I asked what the cost was. Reject directly. Ctrip wrote in Chinese that it was No. 11 Cadogan Garden Apartment Hotel, and later stayed at No. 20 (the grades of the two hotels were different, they said they were sister hotels). Later, it was clear that the English writing was different, and Ctrip had to update these details. Will definitely not live again next time
