Toilet ambience too dark and shower stand design not so great water leaks out easily

Convenient stay, near to places

Super location and welcome hospitality. We got a wonderful welcome drink at the beautiful lobby lounge. Room is fabulous, clean and stylish. We also tried the restaurant which has excellent food. Will definitely recommend and will go back.

Nice staff and convenient location

Absolutely fantastic location! Will definitely stay here again if just for the heated toilet seat…what a great hotel. Rooms very comfortable and the staff can’t do enough for you. The doormen and concierge are super helpful. We didn’t get to try any of the restaurants but we will be returning so we will try then.

Good staff

We stayed at the Londoner for 2 nights. This hotel is perfect to enjoy living in the great city center of London. We stayed in the corner suite which is really spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool area is really pleasant to have a relaxing time. We ordered food from the dine in service but it was not that tasty. I recommend this hotel for all couple that would like a good experience in the city center of London.

The hotel is in a great location, close to several famous attractions and within walking distance. You can come back and rest at any time when you are tired. The overall room rates of hotels in the UK are not very high. If you are mentally prepared before booking, you will find this hotel very good! The staff are very friendly, kind and enthusiastic. Let us feel very good about this trip~~

The room is quite small, and if you have a lot of luggage, it may not fit. The shower room and toilet are spacious. The narrowest is the tea room, which is very cramped. The environment and location are very good, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

The room was very clean and the location was great. Chinatown was just a few hundred meters downstairs, and Bond Street and Oxford Street were also very close. This hotel is not far from several fun places in central London.
