Such a lovely little hotel, we arrived a little early and our room was ready soon thereafter. We unfortunately didn’t get to spend much time there but we will be back!

Great location with easy access to public transport. Excellent breakfast. Luggage storage available with reasonable price. However, TV in room had no signal.

Very simple and small room, good for a short stay. The location is good if you plan to visit/work around East London, it’s quite far from West London if that’s your goal. Decent breakfast with a nice outdoor sitting area. Check the photos of the neighborhood

As a student staying at Point A London Hotels, I had a frustrating experience that left me stressed before an important presentation. I needed to print papers for my presentation and asked at reception about printing services. I even offered to pay for the service, but the staff member refused my payment, insisting it was free for guests. I successfully printed my documents the first time without any charge. However, when I returned at 8am the next morning to print additional materials, I encountered a completely different response. A different receptionist (an Indian gentleman) initially said he could only print 2-3 pages for me. When I explained that I needed more pages and that I had already used the service earlier, he changed his stance entirely and refused to help at all. He then directed me to "a shop around the corner" for printing services. This suggestion was absurd - it was 8am in the morning! What printing shop would be open at that hour? Unsurprisingly, there was no such shop. I walked around the entire block searching for this printing shop that didn't exist, wasting valuable time I needed to prepare for my presentation. If they had simply told me clearly about the printing service limitations from the beginning, I could have arranged accordingly and done my printing at the public library nearby the other day. Instead, their lack of transparency left me scrambling at the last minute, at an hour when no printing services would realistically be available.

Used to live not too far away from this hotel. Travelled into London for work and took a chance on it. Stayed in a basement room, It was fine. The sun is overrated anyway.

Staff are amazing, food from the restaurant is great. It’s perfect that it’s by a sandy beach. Spa is not as great as I expected . Quite a basic one with steam room and sauna. The indoor swimming pool wasn’t heated. Not quite sure if it’s entitled for four star as the room service from the restaurant only allows takeaway and there’s no kettle in the room (but provided tea bags) It’s a bit of a drive from Lisbon, so it’s great for a city getaway if that’s what you are looking for.

I stay here for business. So things like a basement room and no window don't really matter truthfully. However things like heating and cooling are very inconsistent and it does tend to be quite noisy through the night with doors slamming and other guests coming and going. There rooms feel basic with nothing like in room ironing boards etc. But things are generally clean and safe and when it works it's a good option for a short stay.

Location is great, near Liverpool street station. No daily housekeeping but could request fresh towels. Room is very small, shower is good. The only problem is that heating seems to be broken. It was cold at night, and it was even warmer outside the room.

Excellent location with several tube stations nearby. Convenient bus routes to central London and theatre district. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly, made us feel at home immediately on arrival. Good breakfast with home baked pastries that are always fresh and hot. Will definitely be our choice of hotel in our next stay.
