Premium Inn is a very cost-effective budget hotel in London, where housing prices are very expensive. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have kettles. Blackfairs is in a great location, right by the Thames in the city, a 10-minute walk from St. Paul's Cathedral; Gatwick Airport Line is directly accessible, and the subway is very close by, making it very convenient to go everywhere; you can walk along the Thames Citywalk when you go out

The hotel is located in the East End of London. The surrounding environment is poor, the overall facilities are outdated, the rooms are small and poorly hygienic, and there are many hairs on the sheets. In terms of price, it is not cost-effective and is not recommended.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can get to the subway and Blackfriars train station in 5 minutes. The food and rooms are also very satisfactory. The only drawback is the hotel's network. The WiFi is very slow and requires constant connection. Later, I spent 5 pounds to upgrade the 24-hour WIFI, but the connection kept dropping. I accidentally found that my mobile phone was using 4G data again, and it had to keep connecting, which was very crashing. This needs to be improved.

Very good hotel in a good location. The staff was very good and the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The location is great for walking into London. We had a meal on our last night and the food was very nice in fact it surprised us how nice it was. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic central location, easy to explore the city either on foot or by Tube. The hotel is exactly what you expect from a good Premier Inn, everything needed in a clean comfortable room with a nice lobby and bar area to come back to. The most impressive thing though was the staff, helpful, pleasant and efficient. A happy team that made the stay nicer than expected, absolutely great people.

The hotel in general was nice and pretty much what we expected from a Premier Inn. However the Premier plus room was small and crowded with chairs etc. that we kept catching our feet on. The air conditioning only went to 19°C and no fresh air was able to enter the room. The room was very stuffy and could not get a good nights sleep. We stayed for 3 nights which is something we won't do again, maybe one night at the most.

Great location for sightseeing, exploring and eateries. Quiet location for good night's sleep. One annoyance was the tap/shower had to be run for 5-10 minutes before could get hot water. Apparently this varies with the number of people staying at the hotel and the hot water source coming from the 7th floor, we were on the third floor. We had a free full English breakfast offered which was good quality and quantity. No heated rail to dry towels and limited hanging space for wet towels, we had 2 adults and a 13 year old staying in one room. Overall, an ok stay.

Selected this hotel due to being in between where we wanted to visit . Customer service was excellent especially from the young lady checking us in. Premier plus Room was clean and had all basic amenities. Hot Shower and comfy bed. Would definitely stay here again especially with the excellent service received.

Stayed 2 night over Valentines wknd. Easy check in by friendly staff. Nice touch of a goody bag for Valentines day. Good location, easy access of tube station. Room was clean and a good size, bed was comfortable with extra pillows. We didn't eat at the hotel as we chose to eat out. Would happily stay again.

The room was clean and tidy very nice The bed was great sadly the pillows were brick hard all 4 of them and I didn’t have a good sleep at all ( 4 nights) The breakfast was good in with the price as an offer but the breakfast area was a bit worn out and scruffy burst chairs etc could definitely do with some tlc! Didn’t have much interaction with staff as self check in check out - but breakfast staff were polite and friendly - I thought they should have had hair tied back when dealing with food though two girls all long hair flapping about and a young man with longish hair too- didn’t think food staff should have hair hanging around - sorry! Very good location 2 mins walk from blackfriars tube station and direct line to kings cross train station - so great from that point of view. Overall a lovely stay in London - good value with the breakfast deal - just the pillows ( and in hindsight I should have asked to change them) especially as PI advertise them to death 😂

Had a long weekend break here and it was perfect! Ideally situated for everything in London. Tube 3 min walk up the road. Sainsbury's and Tesco Express just up road too. Right by Blackfriars bridge. Loads of restaurants over other side and a lovely walk along the Embankment. Hotel was brilliant. We had a premier plus room which included a mini fridge. Very comfortable bed. Room very clean too. Breakfast was amazing. Totally spoilt for choice. Had dinner on 2 nights of our stay and again food and choice was brilliant. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be making this our go to hotel when we stay in London next.

This is the best Premier Inn in London, and we have stayed at a few. The staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you, they cater for you if it's just 2, or a large group, we were a group of 9. I had mentioned upon check in that it was my daughters birthday and before we had got to the room, there were balloons, a card and treats left on the bed in her room. The location is excellent, 20 min walk to the theatres, you're right on the river and only across the road from the tube station. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.
