The location is convenient and the independent room is clean and tidy. The shared bathroom also nice and clean

The room was beyond my expectations. It was spacious, bright, and clean. It had a selection of tea and a TV with many channels to choose from. There was a shared bathroom, but it was only for three rooms, so it was never crowded and always clean.

Hotel is very clean beds comfortable and the staff are polite and respectful every time we have stay there i am a regular customer I stay here a lot and would highly recommend couples and family to stay here 👍👍

We had such a great stay, it was the perfect spot to explore London for a couple of days. Well connected, clean and quiet with super friendly and helpful staff. 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. Ali was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Great location too — close to restaurants and public transport. Highly recommended!

While the receptionist is very helpful and trying his best to make your stay comfortable, the amenities and cleanliness of the room can be intolerable. For me, my bedsheet is not even clean and have some blood on it, and the bedding and pillow feels very cheap and wobbly. The shared bathroom is very inconvenient. In fact, with the poor sound proof and simple security, sharing the room with others can feel unsafe at times. Also, it seems the booking fee is much cheaper when you book it directly with them or via other platform…

Nice and clean warm rooms, with all amenities and very good for the budget. The only issue was the shared bathroom with three other rooms, but it was clean. You should bring your own slippers and you can buy water just across the street as they are not giving

The smell was really bad in the room but the guy on the reception was really nice.

We were visiting London for one night and it was the perfect place to stay! It’s located within 30 minutes from every famous landmarks and places, very clean, hospitable, helpful & especially for budget travelers I would highly recommend staying at the hotel. The bed was super comfy too 🙏🏼

For the price this was a good place to stay. Close to many transport options and the shared bathroom is kept very clean. It would have been nice if someone had changed my sheets or emptied the bin in the room though, as my stay was 10 days long. It's a basic set up but for the affordable price, I wouldn't complain. Would stay again.
