The room itself was spacious and cool with no air conditioner malfunction. I was satisfied with the cleanliness and well-stocked towels every time I went out. Both the reception and bellboy were friendly. As it was my honeymoon accommodation, I booked a place that was quiet and had a well-equipped restaurant, and I was very satisfied. The tapas bar was delicious, and the breakfast was also excellent. The sound of birds chirping every morning still lingers in my ears! It's quite far from downtown Mallorca, so I recommend coming just to enjoy this hotel! Even though I enjoyed everything during my 3-day stay, including the hotel's restaurant, spa, and swimming pool, it wasn't enough. It was really nice to be able to eat fresh fruit every morning. If you can afford it, I recommend a room with a terrace. A great hotel for families, couples, and friends! A taxi from the airport costs about 100 euros! If I go to Mallorca, I will definitely stay again^^

We stayed here for three nights before moving to the sister hotel. From the moment we arrived we could not fault the service or the friendliness of everyone. Our room was beautiful with the most amazing bathroom including an outside shower. The bed was huge and very comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. The pool by the beach was lovely and again the service at the bar was excellent with us not having to move if we didn’t want to. The staff made our stay though, nothing was too much trouble and they went over and above for us. The hotel grounds are lovely, a peaceful and beautiful setting and perfect for a relaxing few days. The food in the restaurant was amazing and some of the best we have eaten anywhere. Thank you everyone for making our stay so lovely. We will come back.

I knew we were in for a treat the moment we entered through the gate. The entire hotel is a special moment. It doesn't matter if you are at the front entrance, driving up the grounds, standing at the top of the stairs to the spa, or sitting on the patio for dinner - the architectural detail combined with the natural element construction creates a thought-provoking moment. The view from every place I stood could have been the cover of Architectural Digest. And then you get to your room. Our casita, 29 I believe, had everything you would need to live a comfortable life for the rest of your days. Want to soak in the tub? Want to shower inside, but with unobstructed sky above? Want close comfort with your partner, but also separate sinks, closets and storage space? Its there for you. Want it all with powerful minimalism so your mind and thoughts can fill the empty space? Also there for you. What if you want to step outside or you room onto a natural hardscape surrounded by native plants to have a glass of wine while enjoying the view? Its there! And that's just your room. Want yoga or mediation in the morning? Complimentary. Want a fresh, organic breakfast curated from local farmers and artisans? Complimentary. I've truly never experienced a more rejuvenating place to stay. As the name suggests, you'll fall in love with this little corner of Arta. Thank you for making this a beautiful stay for our honeymoon. We are forever grateful for this experience and look forward to coming back again soon.

The hotel is over an hour from the airport and there is nothing going on around it. The staff really don't like tourists and it showed. me and my friend felt incredibly uncomfortable our whole stay. My flight home was changed as I felt really uncomfortable there, so my friend was left alone. she slipped on their wet, unmarked floor and had a bump the size of a golf ball on her head. staff didn't help her and left her vulnerable. they didn't point out the transfer she was waiting for causing her to spend 100 euro on a taxi to get home. This is not the place to go as a woman travelling it's not safe. Staff were rude especially the young girl with tatoos in the buffet. She would literally push you out the way. The pool is nice but small for the amount of people and the sunbeds are charged at 15 euro an hour which is insane. The food was basic and didn't taste great. No options for food really elsewhere either and local taxis charge 3x the price to tourists. Hotel don't change the towels. overall very dissappinting stay I would not recommend and would advise strongly against coming here if you're females travelling.
