We arrived early and parked in the car park,we rang the bell to let them know.The lady said ok and come back after 3 and the room should be ready …Not a good first impression. We arrived back at 4 and walked in ,a lady shouted. ‘iam in here ‘. We then had to wait 30/40 minutes as their card machine had no signal.Which resulted in me getting a txt from my bank as she tried at least 5 times .Eventually it worked. Room was nice ,pretty cramped ,very dusty and the bathroom needs a good clean . Breakfast was average nothing special. It’s such a shame as this could be a great guest house . I think some customer service trying would help .

A weekend away with my husband. . What a fantastic find. Lovely hotel decorated to the highest standards. Such a great price. The bedroom was lovely. Great bed ,had a fantastic sleep. Breakfast was great we had the Welsh rarebit first morning. Delicious. The owner was Friendly & attentive. A short walk into the town will definitely be back

Lovely stay and breakfast. Free easy parking is a big bonus. Very quiet and convenient for either side of Llandudno. Room 4 has great views across the west shore. We paid a low rate for a weeknight stay. But it's worth paying extra for this recently upgraded b&b. There's a lounge for an evening drink, but it's worth strolling down to the Snowdon pub for a brew and a bite to eat. Thanks very much for an easy stay.

Let’s start with the good, lovely downstairs and absolutely fabulous breakfast! We paid £111 (apparently usually £139) for a superior king room. The room was small, could have been cleaner and very tired. The grout in the bathroom was pretty bad, the water in the sink took ages to go down (probably needed a good clear out) and the toilet seat was missing 2 rubbers. Overall a little disappointing, but was only one night!

A stunning hotel. Great location, private car park, amazing breakfast. The whole hotel is decorated to a very high standard & it is extremely clean. Very friendly hosts (Mark & Amanda) who look after you from arrival to departure. Added bonus of well stocked bar & also a very comfortable lounge room. We will be returning frequently & would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel very nicely decorated, very clean. The breakfast was so nice. Hosts were lovely. Located just along from the tram. Easy to walk into town . Would definitely recommend here. We will definitely becoming back here to stay. Llandudno is our favourite place

Had a lovely 2 night stay, a well presented clean room, a good choice at breakfast, friendly staff and owners , free hotel carpark plus free on street parking outside. The new owners have certainly turned the hotel around from the previous owners who we stayed with in the past. Would certainly recommend.

Can t fault this small hotel. Excellent room and superb breakfast.. Good choice of fresh fruit etc and well cooked and well presented breakfast.only stayed one night but hope to return. The hotel has been recently refurbished to a high standard.
