This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰

Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay. The location of the hotel is also convenient. I would like to especially praise Kaya, the receptionist at the front desk. She was warm and attentive. My child said that she liked a higher view, so she upgraded the room! The breakfast variety is not as rich as expected, but there are still choices. The gym has a lot of equipment and is well maintained. Looking forward to meeting you next time

I booked a four-day, three-night stay at Zhuxigu Wenyue for my birthday. The housekeeper called and added WeChat one day in advance. I would like to thank the housekeeper Yang Heran for his service in the past few days. He helped us call a car, order a meal, and order a birthday cake. He would take the initiative to ask about the dining time and needs. Room: The entrance is on the second floor. There is a long table for practicing calligraphy on the upper floor, and a corner sofa on the lower floor. There is a swimming pool and a koi pond on the lower floor, with eight koi. The room is not equipped with a TV. The front desk said it was first come first served, so the first thing to do when I entered the door was to add a TV. There is a pool aunt on each floor who will come to fill the water. There are disposable bathtub covers, and roses or mugwort bags are provided. Aromatherapy essential oils will also be lit. You can soak in the room beautifully. The Royal Water Hot Spring is really crowded on weekends. Toiletries are not well-known brands. If you are not used to them, you can bring your own. The mini bar is free every day. There is a refrigerator on each floor. Fruits are also provided on each floor every day. One plate. Dining: Breakfast is average, there are few Western pastries, the only red velvet cake tastes good, the best is noodles, and there are a lot of toppings and soup bases. Dinner is highly praised. Both the food and service are five stars. The waiter Meng Xianqin is very enthusiastic and always greets with a smile. There was a male supervisor at dinner on the 15th and 16th who was also very good. I forgot to ask his name and cannot praise him by name. After eating the set meal for a few days, I wanted to change the dishes and he agreed immediately. There was no price difference. It was very humane. Longevity noodles and cakes were also provided for birthdays, and birthday decorations were also provided. Activity: Experienced the nightfall ceremony in the evening, provided a special cocktail and some nuts, with a high alcohol content of 40 degrees, and the audience was a bit small. Listen to the story of Liyang. Visited Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The hotel provides VIP services charged per person, and there are set meals. If you don't go VIP, the hotel car can be sent to the entrance of Yushui Resort. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. It's not far. You can buy cable car and train tickets to plan the route and see giant pandas. This is not better than the experience in Chengdu. There are few people and you can stand at the front and hear the sound of pandas chewing bamboo. Overall, it is highly praised by five stars. I have recommended it to my friends. It should be different when spring is warm and flowers are blooming.

It is diagonally opposite the Liyang Museum. The location is very good. There is a shopping mall downstairs and Wanda Plaza opposite. It is very convenient to eat. There is also a lake downstairs called Yanhu. The room is also clean and the breakfast for self-stay is also good!

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

There are few types of early dining, which are very average and need to be improved. The swimming pool and gym are outsourced, not very clean, and there are mosquitoes. The swimming pool is full of children's training before 1 o'clock, and hotel guests can't go in, which doesn't feel good. The hotel room is very large, and the attitude of the waiters is okay.

Facilities: The facilities are good. The room has a private bath. The privacy is very good. The room is large and the stay is very comfortable. Environment: The air in the mountains is very good, the scenery is good, the air is fresh, natural and comfortable. The air in the morning is sweet and comfortable to breathe. The air in the mountains is very good, and the special people are also very nice. Travel: After staying for 2 days, I went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea for a day. I climbed mountains, looked at the mountain scenery of Bamboo Sea, and took a famous cable car for sightseeing. There are also giant pandas in the scenic area. Accommodation: The experience is very comfortable Service: Xiaojin Butler contacted us in advance before check-in, and specially waited for us to help us check in. He sent us to the room to introduce the hotel information and detailed service. He sent us the hotel location and travel guide in advance. It was great and very satisfied.

The hotel is located near the night market. There are many supermarkets with fruit barbecues. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area. The lady boss was beautiful and enthusiastic. She helped us locate the route in advance. When we arrived, she enthusiastically took us to the room and turned on the air conditioner. The food at her restaurant is also very delicious. It has food and accommodation all in one. I highly recommend everyone to stay there.

Basically, I have stayed in all the hotels in Tianmu Lake, including the independent B&B like Picasso. In summary, Yangxin Valley is the one with the best location and environment in Tianmu Lake, and it is very close to the commercial street and restaurants. The housekeeper service is very meticulous. I originally planned to stay for one night, but because the environment was so good, I stayed for another night. It happened to be the child's birthday. When the housekeeper was cleaning the room, he found that it was the child's birthday and specially prepared a cake for the child. It was so thoughtful. It was also very comfortable to make tea around the stove on the top of the mountain. The housekeeper of Yangxin Valley responded to various services very promptly. There is really no reason not to give it all five stars. I will go again next time.
