This property is well located (near El Cortes Ingles) and well connected to the metro (Sao Sebastiao station). The property is clean (and cleaned daily), spacious and well-equipped (full size refrigerator, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher). There is a 24 hour virtual reception (which had some problems for a few hours). Only issue we faced was that their wifi does not work.

Very good accommodation. Apartments are clear and really cosy, a lot of space. Location is also very convenient - close to metro station and supermarket and still quiet.
The only thing - for check-in you have to use terminal on 0 floor and pay tourist tax only by card - that was a bad suprise for me.

They knew I was coming alone, even though they asked me several times, and they still charged me the city tax for four people! When I complained, I was practically ignored. The staff was rude and not trying to help at all. I got late to a business dinner because I haven’t received any email about the password to access my room. In sum: a disaster. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate in this business if they think it’s all about setting high tech dorms.

This was my first time staying at an apartment-style hotel. The room was very clean and nice. It was close to the station and there were supermarkets nearby, so I had a comfortable stay. However, it was an automatic check-in, so I struggled a bit as I don't speak English. A guest was also having trouble checking in, so I called the front desk and they helped me out, but I was able to check in safely. Despite being a modern, comfortable, organized and well-equipped building, cleaning is poor because the apartments show a lot of wear and tear.
