Holiday Inn Properties in Lisbon

The hotel's hygiene was excellent; the room was spotless and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

We weren’t there long, so it’s hard to make a judgment. Staff were nice enough. No issues, no complaints. The hotel, however is like a museum of the 1980s. First generation flat screen TV and old clunky phone by the bed and a glass sink surround. It needs a 2025 upgrade. 

This is a nice hotel, a little too far from the subway stations but acceptable, close to many restaurants… The staff is nice, helpful and service-oriented. The view from the first room was not OK (see the first photo below) and the staff changed upon my request my room. The new room had a better view (see the second photo below). The room was clean and the bed comfortable. But as the other hotel guests were talking and passing by in the corridor, it was heard inside the room (although the door was closed). The room and its bath room need to be renovated. Right now, they look like a summer cottage in the 1980ies. The restaurant and public spaces on the ground floor are however updated. The breakfast was nice.
