All the staff members are extremely courteous. The private access to the sea is simply wonderful, as are the pool and garden. The food is divine! Special thanks to skipper Bartolo for taking us on an unforgettable tour of the island’s most scenic places by sea.

The best price/performance ratio on the island. Direct access to the sea, dream location, quiet and yet less than 10 minutes from restaurants. Friendly hosts, beautiful rooms, some with sea views. I have been coming back for more than 20 years.

Good hotel, not very downtown but it does nothing. I had half board (dinner) the food was excellent and it was à la carte 3/4 first courses, 3/4 second courses, side dishes and dessert. Fast service. Breakfast with sweet and savory, for me it should be improved. The rooms are small, mine had a small bathroom but a BIG shower and it was sea view. the rooms perhaps a little dated but clean. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, swimming pool with sea water. Advised.

Well located hotel with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. A seawater swimming pool but deckchairs, some of which must be discarded. Choose a room with a sea view, a little years they are comfortable and large. Breakfast without surprises and basic. The welcome is efficient and charming. You can easily go down to the small port on foot in a few minutes.

Really friendly and very efficient staff, excellent cuisine and plentiful breakfast. The rooms are a little dated, with some work to do but still very clean and basic. The best is the sea view room... from the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view. The large and well-kept salt water swimming pool, with a panoramic solarium, the garden should be more cared for. From the hotel you can easily reach the center of Marina Corta with a pleasant walk through characteristic alleys. See you soon!

I frequent this beautiful hotel whenever I can, both with friends and family; the cuisine is excellent, excellent raw materials and masterfully treated, traditional dishes, generous portions and vast choice, welcoming and impeccable service, the dining room staff is unique: smiling, friendly and super professional (Bartolino always knows how to make me feel like a princess). You can't miss an aperitif on the terrace with Anna, who with her creative talent, refined combinations and good taste cannot fail to satisfy even the most refined palates. The reception staff are really efficient; very kind and always ready and available for every need or unexpected event. Marco is also very precious, who never fails to solve every problem and bring good humor. Spotless rooms with an incredible view. The location is unique, perfect for any type of event; the seaside swimming pool surrounded by a thriving flower garden is splendid for truly enjoying your holidays and taking dream photos!

It's wonderful to return to the Garden by the Sea. A beautiful structure in the heart of Marina Corta, clean, managed by courteous people. Incredible view, excellent international breakfast and salt water swimming pool. There is also the possibility of direct access to the sea via the ladder on the cliff.

We stayed at this property from 12 to 17 August. Excellent location that allows you to reach the center of Lipari with a 5 minute walk. Amazing view. Clean facility and very helpful staff (a special thanks to Mr. Bartolo who satisfied our every need both at breakfast and dinner). We chose the half board formula. The dinner includes an appetizer, a first course and a second course chosen from 4 options. Simple but good cuisine. At breakfast the choice is limited but everything is of good quality. The swimming pool is quite large with a solarium overlooking the sea with slightly dated sunbeds and umbrellas. From the swimming pool you can access the sea via a staircase. The rooms are clean, but with slightly old furniture. Excellent quality/price ratio. If this property were renovated, it would be a spectacular hotel due to its location and view. My rating is 4 stars because, although dated in the furniture and atmosphere, it allowed us to spend a very pleasant holiday without spending too much!

Perfect holiday...beautiful hotel with a wonderful view, kind and welcoming staff, clean rooms with top sea view, beautiful swimming pool with sea water!!! A stone's throw from the center! Highly recommended

I stayed in this hotel but with a tour operator with a group, wonderful hotel, dream hotel rooms with sea view, very clean and well looked after. The only flaw is taking lunch and dinner already assigned with a tour operator and never on your own again!!!! Very limited choice and everything only cooked and very much!!! Ditto limited breakfast, limited choice, those with allergies or intolerances must stay at home!!!! But I think because everything was done with the tour operator, alone I think it's different. Overall, a truly fabulous hotel, the view down to the sea is enchanting and leaves you speechless, wonderful. I will definitely come back but on my own!!!!

Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Among all of them, I find the waiter in the restaurant, Bartolo, truly pleasant and professional in addition to all the aforementioned qualities. The cuisine is varied and excellent. Hotel located very well with a beautiful seawater swimming pool and a backdrop where you touch the bottom and ends with a diving area with a trampoline. Definitely coming back.

Hotel with a top location. Best ocean view in Lipari. Hotel has its own sea access plus saltwater pool. Very friendly, always helpful staff. Reception speaks perfect English. Always competent and helpful. For me No.1 in Lipari

Very kind staff, excellent location, rooms with breathtaking views. The abundant and quality breakfast, also with a fantastic view to say the least. In the pool there is a staircase that leads directly to the sea. Nothing to complain about. I'll come back!
