I redeemed the points for welcome fruit. It was not bad. It was an old hotel, but the service facilities and other aspects were good. It was good to have 6 bottles of water in the room. The view at night was also OK.

The location is nearby the big mall Wan Xiang Hui for those who love shopping. Just outside the hotel is a bus stop so you can take bus rides to various places. We are given a plate of fresh fruits and yogurt every day. Even during check out, they gifted us a bag consisting of two packs of fruits, and two bottled water. The hotel also freely gave extra bottled water at your request! Such generosity is impressive. What truly warms the heart is the very friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception and those in charge of our room cleanliness each day. They were willing to go the extra mile to assist us and accommodate our requests! Especially commendable are Ms Du Nian Xiang (lobby recep) and Ms Zhao (chambermaid for level 8). Based on my recent stay at the George Morandi Hotel in Linyi, I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and modern, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Linyi.and the food were delicious especially Linyi chicken,. Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

性價比拉滿的一家酒店，必須給五星！位置超方便，出地鐵口走3分鐘就到，去景區和商圈都不繞路。房間比圖片看着大，傢俱很新沒有異味，空調製冷快還靜音，熬夜趕方案也沒被吵到。衞生做得到位，床單被罩沒一點污漬，連牆角都乾乾淨淨。早餐種類不算多但夠精緻，現煮的麪條加個溏心蛋，暖到胃裡。全程沒遇到任何糟心事，服務響應也快，打電話要充電器，5分鐘就送到了。商務出行或旅遊住這兒，閉眼選不踩雷！

This is the most disappointing hotel I have ever stayed in, the soundproofing is extremely poor. The children screamed at night, and the noise continued outside at around two o'clock in the middle of the night. I was bitten like this after staying here for one night. I was really tortured. The anti-lock chain was also broken and the power strip on the right side of the bed was not powered. I only found out when I woke up in the morning.
