Check-in experience at Hainan Zhengsanyue Hotel on May 19 On May 19, we checked into Zhengsanyue Hotel in Tufuwan, Lingshui, Hainan. This is a parent-child hotel designed for children's vacation, which perfectly meets all the needs of parents taking their children out for a trip. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the waiter came forward enthusiastically to help open the door, take the luggage, and asked about the booked room type (the parent-child room is in the annex building). The whole process was orderly, the service was professional and thoughtful, and it was very considerate. After entering the lobby, the staff guided us to check in, and the biggest surprise of this stay was the meticulous service of the housekeeper Vicky. Vicky not only handled the check-in procedures efficiently, but also introduced the hotel's various activities and our rights in detail, with a professional and patient attitude. Afterwards, she accompanied us all the way to the room, introduced the members of the "Bi Xin Rabbit" family to the children, and encouraged the children to open the door with their room cards. The children were so excited that they couldn't wait to rush into the room. Vicky stood at the door and smiled and asked if we needed to introduce the room facilities. Seeing that the children were already immersed in joy, we declined her kindness, but we were still very grateful for her thoughtful consideration. When we checked in, Vicky also helped us make an appointment for the "Goodnight with the Heart Rabbit" activity. The children were looking forward to it all night, and we were also looking forward to it. During our stay, Vicky took care of us like a family, reminding us of the weather conditions and recommending attractions every day, and also sent us "Heart Rabbit" ice cream and coconut to relieve the heat. When we checked out, she not only helped us apply for a late check-out, but also called us after learning that we had checked out, saying that she would prepare a small gift for the children as a souvenir. We were deeply moved by this thought. In addition, the hotel's recreation center arranged a variety of activities for children, and special thanks to "Strawberry" sister for organizing the "making snow skin moon cakes" little chef experience. The staff were very patient, especially the interactive games at night. Even if they were wearing heavy character costumes, they were still full of energy to run and play with the children, which was admirable. The hotel's facilities were also surprising. Whether it was the super-long foam party, the rooftop pool with an unbeatable sea view, or every enthusiastic staff member, we felt the dedication and progress of the Zhengsanyue Hotel in parent-child services.
