When I first checked it, I wasn't really amazed by this hotel, but when we were welcomed by Carlos I just felt that warm welcome that I was looking for. Carlos made sure that we were okay all the time. The hotel has a great location, right next to the hotel, 1 minute walk from our hotel room. The hotel room is big and spacious, it has a little kitchen and even a washing machine they also provide Laundry detergent everyday. The breakfast is mostly Chinese, western breakfast is non existent at this hotel and that's one thing I feel they should improve on, but Carlos and his team really made us forget about the little troubles we experienced. If you can't speak Chinese, I'd suggest finding Carlos on your check in. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we will definitely come again.

The hotel is in a very nice location as you have the beach, pier with lighthouse and boat harbour right on your door step. The room was clean and modern with good aircon. Good selection for breakfast items. Three swimming pools to choose from with loungers . The hotel could do with focusing on attention to detail and customer service to reach their stated 5 star rating. However the Overall the experience was good.

This island is always worth the trip and the cost. Amazing location and the natural beauty of island life is something everyone should experience. The staff is very helpful and there is a man that speak English that helps you sign up for different activities. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The watered down juices and lemonade were terrible and there isn’t a wide selection. Overall I will be visiting again.

The hotel is a really good option to have a relaxing time and avoiding the crowded places like in Sanya. Here is simply great. Only I suggest that the second pool to be open and allow the people to swim in the beach. Apart of that is simply great. Thanks for all the great service

Beautiful stunning villa ,we originally booked for 1 night , ended up 3 nights . Front desk were super helpful and friendly . The quality of breakfast was average considering the price of the room and overall hotel standard . The hotel restaurant food was overpriced and overcooked fish , very disappointed. My partner and I wanted a coffee in the evening , we had to wait for the restaurant to open to buy one , these are the additional details of a hotel service that I expected to be part of our stay , as the hotel sells itself on a luxury standard. Small details makes all the difference and does not cost much , overall beautiful place , fantastic location, great front desk staff

From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of ”Happy Birthday,” creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe. The room was clean, good view. Unfortunately, the beach has signs of no swimming allowed...so I wasn't impressed by that. The location is absolutely not very convenient to do anything else besides being in the hotel. The choice of food was very limited especially Western food. Also, no halal food or coucher food for other people that can't eat pork...no signs for Halal food. This is the Westin hotel, the waiters have no idea and couldn't help. The only time someone spoke English to me was during the buffet dinner. I came down to have dinner the second night and ask for some English speaking person to help me ordering halal food...the waiter said the manager wasn't there or the chef. I was very hungry and had no choice but to order anything so I can eat...I was really disappointed. Honestly for the price of this hotel I can get a much better service in Yalong Bay or Sanya. I hope the management can try to improve their service and provide a variety of western food and especially Halal and coucher food. You can expect people to pay that much for this Westin hotel and not eat what they need. So disappointed

The hotel lobby looks very grand and magnificent just as it is seen on the Internet. The hotel has its own coastline, and the sand is very fine and comfortable to step on. If there are no mosquitoes to disturb me, I feel that I can stay here until midnight. Sitting on the beach and drinking at night is also a kind of enjoyment. It's a pity that I don't have a drinking companion, which is a bit regrettable. The room is cleaned very cleanly, and the bathtub is very comfortable to take a bath and relieve stress, relieving fatigue from running on the road. There are many kinds of delicious breakfast, which makes me, a person with difficulty in making choices, a little confused. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and greet them when they see them. The various signboards are also very detailed so that I, a road *****, will not be confused. I will come here to relax next time. Compared with Sanya, this place is really good. I like the hotel ❤️

Very satisfied with the hotel, the service is also very good, the hotel has a swimming pool, but it is only open in the afternoon. It is free to swim if you stay there. Unfortunately, I didn't bring a swimsuit. I went to the door to take a look. There were too many people and I couldn't take pictures of the big swimming pool. Overall, it is worth recommending
