Garden-style hotel, quick check-in, polite gentlemen, three-star hotel, the shortcoming is that we were arranged a room on the basement floor, which was not comfortable, and it was not specified when booking the room that it was a basement floor room.

Nice hotel located on the outskirts of Limerick. Around 25 minutes brisk walk into the centre. Usefully located on the main bus route from the airport. They were also happy to accommodate a later check in due to my flight arriving out of hours. Very pleasant stay, room was clean and staff very friendly. There is a bar downstairs; many people have complained about the noise however I was placed in a room at the back of the hotel and didn't get any of the noise. The rooms could use a bit of an update if anything, for example bigger beds and more modern furniture but at least it doesn't feel like a chain hotel. I'd definitely return if I was in Limerick as it's a good value option for accommodation compared to other places in the city.

There is no problem with room accommodation, but it does not have any auxiliary facilities of a general hotel. There is no restaurant, and no breakfast is provided. You must go out to eat. Apart from a front desk and rooms, there are no hotel-related facilities. Parking is free.
