Maldron Hotel & Leisure Centre Limerick

I would just like to share my appreciation and gratification to Ger the male receptionist. He is a lovely, genuine and a real down to earth fella who is a credit to your company. Your new wee mate all the way from Belfast, Emma.

Do don't stay here just a pure joke it was just a afull experience havering to wait 40 minutes to check in after the check in time to been put into a room that was not a standard family room it was just put together in a rush and u could tell the room was a really small rooms not like the room advertised I think they did not have room for us as they had 3 mangers and the person on reception trying to put us somewere and to top it off everytime we left our room the key card would not work have to go to reception each time to get it working with kids

Poor experience from start to finish. Room was fine but bathroom dated & that shower curtain was awful. Went to the bar for dinner & immediately it was like we were a hassle. The woman said Oh we are so busy let me put ye beside the door. Eh, OK, there is no one here. Food was awful. We were in our room & contacted the bar for a drink. It was like the first time a hotel had ever been asked for room service (even though it was in the booklet & it was only 10.30). The guy said that maybe he could find a porter to bring up my drink. Eh, what? Breakfast was very mediocre. Will never stay again but that's ok.

Stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast buffet is very good. Meals at the restaurant are also good. Rooms are ok but no safe. Your surrounded by shops and super macs so there’s plenty for late night snack. We used the bus into limerick stop is ten minute walk number 303. Staff are very helpful.

The room was clean, had lots of wardrobe space as well as a fan, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Clean Room , friendly staff, lots of Parking Breakfast and Bar good service and standard

My stay at the maldron hotel was fairly pleasant but the only down side was the rude server who was very angry and unpleasant and unhygienic scratching his head and face while serving our food and proceeded to belittle his work colleagues to us which is very unprofessional otherwise rooms clean and receptionist was more than accommodating

I was delighted by the kindness, friendliness, and service by Katrina and Laura. We had a few special last-minute requests and they were both very helpful and made our stay fun and easy. Our room was comfortable, clean, and comfortable. The meal we 3 (me and my two young adult kids) had at the hotel was absolutely terrific — my traditional roast dinner was a highlight for sure! Thank you Katrina and Laura for making our stay a great memory, and for your kindness and accommodations. Cheers from Canada!
