Location in the center, facilities pretty good. In general it's a good deal for the price paid.

My biotin and collagen shampoo which I brought from Colombia was stolen from my room. When I spoke to the owner the following, she called her staff and it was confirmed they saw me using this bottle , and even with that, she said I need to take better care of my belongings. She refused to make me whole or take responsibility.

It's a relatively clean hostel. The shower was a bit weak, but the hot water was good. Breakfast was also good.

The location was great and the facilities were clean, so I was able to stay very comfortably. The female staff was fluent in English, which was very helpful.

On the second day in Lima, we switched to this hostel. The location was good, for us who like to walk around the streets. It is about 3 kilometers to walk to the main attractions in the city. Overall good value for money.

Dirty. The rooms smell bad due to the lack of hygiene. I have not yet seen the sheets changed in any room. I have been travelling for about eleven years and it is the worst hostel. The young girl is very nice, but the one who arrives in the morning has a bad temper.

It's a very clean place. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Upon arrival, they gave me a brochure with tourist information. It's also quite safe and within walking distance of the center, which provides easy access to the area's tourist attractions.

Positives: On foot you can go to the mall, exchange offices, parks and squares. By car, it is close to the bus station. Very comfortable bed Negatives: Small place, modest breakfast, conflicting information. In my case: I booked 2 nights, stayed 1 night and warned in advance that I wouldn't stay in the room on the second day as a friend would be checking in to a single room. In the end I had to pay for my two nights and the single room. Furthermore, the information was given that I could do this and then I was charged.
