One of the best stay for this trip to Yunan! The service was great and prompt. There would be a group chat with the staff and helped with answering whatever enquiries we have prior to the trip and arranged for pick up service from the train station. All the staff was friendly and nice. The room is clean, spacious and with a beautiful view of the yulong snow mountain, comparable to a hotel. Though there is no elevator, the staff would help to carry our luggages up to our room and give detailed instructions of the room amenities. There is a rooftop restaurant as well to go for breakfast and afternoon tea with a good view of the mountain view as well. It was a homely and pleasant experience staying at Nazhu. The tea experience was an eye-opening experience where the staff would share about the cultural aspects of naxi people and their tea culture, tasting local snacks and it was a good atmosphere to layback and interact with other guests. The location was not bad as it is walking distance to the lijiang old town - 15 to 20 minutes. Would definitely come back to Nazhu if coming back to lijiang and highly recommend to friends and family!

The service was great. I got the complimentary car drop off at Shuhe Ancient Town. After the end of the day, when I was back at the hotel, they also offered the free afternoon tea set as well. I need to check out early in the morning, so the hotel gave me the breakfast to go instead. It consists of fruit, bread and biscuit. A little note is that all the hotel rooms face the mountain but not every rooms have a direct view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.

We had a great stay at this hotel the location is very convenient in Lijiang ancient town but it’s by the street so that cars can stop by the entrance of the hotel. We were welcomed by the front desk team that helped with our luggage. We initially booked a twin room but the room we had booked was a bit dark and we asked if there was any other room available. One of the employees named 阿鑫 quickly helped us to check and offered us an upgrade to a suite instead which was much better. The room was very clean and modern with a beautiful view of the ancient town. We also received free minibar and welcome fruits which was very nice. Furthermore, 阿鑫 helped us to introduce all the important tourist attractions and restaurants as well as bars. She helped to book tickets for the attractions that we wanted to visit and also followed up to see that we were happy. Her friendly and professional service made us feel very happy and we enjoyed our short stay in Lijiang very much.

The room was spacious, but the advertised mountain view was mostly a street view, which was disappointing, especially since we paid extra for it. The location is convenient, being close to the old town, but the street noise was a downside—earplugs were even provided. If the app would allow me to upload a video, it would be a shock to how loud the noise was even at level 9 (the highest level at the hotel). There's only one lift, so going up and down during peak hours will be a nightmare. Additionally, the hotel could use better maintenance.

Villa is very spacious, hotel’s environment is nice and quiet. Staffs are friendly, responsive and professional. By car, approximately 15 mins to Lijiang Ancient Town, 30 mins to Railway station, 40 mins to Yulong snow mountain. One of the room has the amazing view of Yulong Snow Mountain. Can take Didi from the side road, not necessary to take buggy to the main lobby. As the place is huge, buggy might take a while to arrive. House-keeping staffs have initiative. The toilet light was faulty and couldn’t be turned off and the drainage system in the sinks and bathroom wasn’t draining the waste water fast enough. When I returned to the villa in the evening, they were fixed even before I informed house keeping.

The location is very good, very close to Heilongtan Park, and there is a delicious cured pork ribs hot pot next to it (recommended by the boss). The room is huge, and the lovely front desk lady upgraded it to a suite. The French-style decoration is very beautiful and clean. And the toilet is really huge and clean, but the slight shortcoming is that the water pressure is a bit low. If the water can be a little stronger, it will be very refreshing to take a bath. The terrace on the 6th floor is beautiful, you can see the peaks of the snow-capped mountains, and there is afternoon tea in the afternoon, which is very fresh and delicious, and the service is also very good. Recommended~

This was so far the best stay we had in China! The hotel is new, very clean and in a great and calm location just 5 min walk from the old town. The room was big and very comfortable with great heating system and amenities, the bed was comfortable and toilet clean and big. Shower was great with hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was delicious, with many choices from western and chinese cuisine. The laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, maybe considering the size of hotel would be great to add more, but still we managed to take care of our clothes. The hotel staff is professional, provided us daily everything we need in the room. The room was cleaned every day. Everyday there was a new fruit plate in our room which we enjoyed a lot. Simply the best!

We came here just after it opened last year. We stayed here again this time. The proprietress is very nice and from Northeast China. She is very pretty. The room has disposable bath towels and the decoration is really great. They use a De Rucci mattress. This time we came back just for the De Rucci mattress. Her house is the most comfortable place to stay along the way. They use big brands. I sincerely recommend it to everyone. If you have high quality requirements, come here. The Qianguqing arranged by Xiaojian and Yang Hu at the front desk is also very good. I recommend it to everyone with full marks.

We stayed in four hotels in total during this trip to Yunnan, and Xitian was the most satisfactory one. The hotel is large, well-equipped, and has beautiful gardens. The rooms are also very large and comfortable, and you can see the snow-capped mountains from the balcony. I especially like Ayao's excellent service. He contacted a car to pick us up in time, helped us start the movie projection, and helped contact a car to the airport. The detailed service was great. Next time I go to Yunnan, I would like to stay there for two more days.
