This hotel genuinely offers the best service I've encountered, bar none, including those from big 5-star chains. The customer service communication via WeChat was incredibly gentle and patient. From our pick-up at the station for check-in, the staff were exceptionally thoughtful and genuine. When it rained, they even brought half a dozen umbrellas to help us with our luggage – truly attentive service throughout! 👍 The front desk staff were as friendly and welcoming as family, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a perfect touch, instantly soothing our travel weariness. The room's decor was even more stunning – refined and elegant, with impeccable attention to detail. Our dedicated staff member even drew a hot spring bath for us ahead of time. Returning from the ancient town after a light drizzle and then soaking in that warm bath was simply heavenly. Truly couldn't have been more blissful! Later in the evening, we requested an extra blanket, and it was delivered without a hitch – truly outstanding, 'Haidilao-level' service! Absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was also superb 😋. This is what truly makes a trip memorable.

At night, the warm yellow lights illuminate the space, creating a fairytale-like beauty. The hot spring is a must-try; the moment you soak, the day's fatigue is gently melted away. The staff are incredibly attentive, taking care of you from check-in to check-out, making you feel right at home. Whether you're relaxing alone, on a date, or just hanging out with your friends, this place is highly recommended!

We booked Hilton one day before our returning flight. The room has a great value for the price. It's clean and we got nothing to complain. Check out the bathtub, which is in porcelain material and super big. Also the bedding is super comfy and we could choose other special pillows on request. Btw, we also tried the pool and the gym. Both got great quality stuff. In the second morning, I went down to pick up some delivery, and Richard Li at the front desk saw me sneeze and asked if I got cold. And I later on got a pot of ginger tea in the room. I appreciate the service. Overall, Hilton is beyond my expectations and I'm very happy for the living quality I got and the price I've paid. Later, when I returned late at night and needed assistance, they patiently helped resolve my issue. Their attitude remained exceptionally pleasant throughout, which was incredibly comforting. The entire team worked seamlessly together – professional yet incredibly friendly, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. As a tired traveler, I instantly felt at ease. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend the front desk team!

Before we even entered, the front desk staff immediately came out to greet us, helping us with our luggage and offering a warm welcome. The lobby is spacious and bright, with vibrant greenery and plenty of charming fish. The staff was knowledgeable and quick to check us in. They helped us take our luggage upstairs (there's an elevator) while explaining the hotel's amenities. Our room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities, creating a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The rooftop sky garden offers a stunning 360-degree view. Waking up, opening the curtains and soaking up the sun was a delight! It was a fantastic stay, and the price was affordable, under 200, with everything included, including a washing machine, dryer, and breakfast tea and coffee. I'll definitely be back!

The apartment hotel has a very good experience. It has brand-new room facilities and equipment. The room is large in size and the price is reasonable. It is very close to Lijiang High-speed Railway Station. I recommend it to friends who are traveling for business.

The location of this B&B is fantastic, with a direct view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good today, so I didn't get to see it. It's a bit disappointing. There's a small scenic spot right next to it, and you can breathe in the fresh, natural air just by opening the window. The amenities are comprehensive and high-end, with convenient smart appliances. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and is clean and odor-free. The owner is incredibly attentive and responsive, even sharing tips on off-the-beaten-path attractions. We're sure to come back next time!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff greeted me with a sincere smile, and also formed a 5-person service group to plan your itinerary and recommend surrounding attractions. Facilities: Walking into the guest room, wooden furniture, tables and chairs, with soft beds and night lights, and wireless charging integrated with the night lights, it can really solve the urgent problem if you forget to bring a charger. The weather in Yunnan is relatively dry, and a humidifier is placed at the head of the bed. It automatically cuts off the power when there is no water, which is safe and considerate. The bathroom has complete toiletries, and it is a Dyson hair dryer. The boss really spent a lot of money. Wet toilet paper is also provided next to the toilet. Environment: The hotel is close to the mountains and rivers, close to nature, and most of them use floor-to-ceiling glass, which has good lighting. Every shot is a beautiful scene. I also went to Wenfeng Temple above the camp, Wenbihai below... My friend said it was a very unique experience.
