Hotel staff very professional and helpful. They definitely makes your day more pleasant! Room is clean and modern . Amenities and facilities are very good. I stayed 3 nights and we are very happy . There’s laundry facilities if you need , very near eel to Lijiang Oldtown and the fantastic scenic Black Dragon Park to catch your sunrise view. Truly a 5 diamonds jewel !!!

Hoteliers at Kasion were the friendliest and most helpful. 小邱 and another guy with curly hair went above and beyond to ensure my family had a comfortable stay with them, even helping us with our airline & medical enquires. They were so sincere to even remember each of our room numbers. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Went to Lijiang with my elderly parents. Selected this hotel based on its location, which is outside of the ancient city, but near enough to walk to. There is no need to lug suitcases on cobblestone road and there is a lift to every floor so it was elder-friendly. It is also not far from Heilongtan. We stayed here for 3 nights. Got complimentary room upgrade. Staff are friendly and helpful, all the way from from the main reception, to housekeepers, to cafe, to breakfast crew. When tired from walking around town, mahjong was also available. Cannot remember everyone by name, but would like to thank the whole team, 小娟，安娜 for a wonderful stay.

Stayed 3 night here while we were in Lijiang. Location was okay, about 10 minutes walk from the old town. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was just average. Nice touch from the hotel reception staff to provide some farewell goodies after we have checked out.

Absolutely beautiful, elegant and modern hotel. Room was kindly upgraded to one with a balcony. The rooms are sleek and spotless. Very well designed and spacious. Breakfast has many delicious options. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is great; close to all main attractions but away from the bisyness and noise. Fully recommended.

Totally recommend staying here. Luxurious hotel, clean and close to Lijiang ancient city. Lots of variety to select from for breakfast. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful… anything extra we needed was provided to us without fail. Enjoyed the robot delivering our welcome snacks . Will definitely recommend others to book here and enjoy the facilities. The gym also has a beautiful picturesque view of the mountains. Would definitely come back here again in future and refer friends to come as well.

Very good hotel, many small details were well taken care of like excellent breakfast buffet, room spacious and large, comes with humidifier. Bad part is the coffee and tea machine was down for our complimentary tea time.

Nice and cosy hotel, located near to the old town. The only issue was the unpleasant smell at the entrance of my room. Gave the feedback to the staff but she mentioned it might be due to the detergent they used. The aircon is centrally controlled so we could not adjust it.

Hotel very clean, big and spacious. Breakfast very good spread. Location very near to Lijiang gucheng. Nearby have many restaurants. Hotel staff 小木 and 安娜are very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. Very helpful staff, nice breakfast and very clean and spacious rooms! We loved the location as it was very easy to walk to main tourist attractions.
