Lijiang Walu Inn

Clean, comfortable, right in the heart of Lijiang's old town. Our hosts were very helpful and helped us get to Tiger Leaping Gorge. Be careful on the way back if you plan to do the 28 bends hike like us, there are no return buses after 4 p.m. and taxi prices are very high to get back. You can hear noise in the room until midnight, the soundproofing is not good but at the same time, it is a traditional accommodation 😊 however the heating works very well and we still slept very well.

위치도 너무 좋고, 군더더기 없이 깔끔했어요~!! 아늑한 정원 , 히터에 전기장판도 있어서 일교차가 큰 리장에서 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 뜨거운 물은 5분 정도 틀어놓으면 나옵니다!!

It's within walking distance of the bus stop, and the bus to Yukiyama is also nearby, so it's convenient. It's clean, but unfortunately the toilet in the room I stayed in had a problem with the drainage, so it was flooded. It was nice to be able to enjoy the atmosphere of the old castle, the price was cheap, and there were often no staff around, so it was nice to be able to spend time there in a relaxed atmosphere.

The location was great, near the Chongyi Market to the south of Lijiang Ancient Town. It's very conveniently located for going to Tiger Leaping Gorge or Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The 101 bus stop for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is right nearby, and the Lijiang bus stop for Tiger Leaping Gorge is 1.1 kilometers away, so it's within walking distance. You can also buy fruits cheaply at the Chongyi Market, and there's also a night market, so you can conveniently enjoy snacks. Since I visited in winter, I was most worried that it would be cold at night, but there was an electric blanket on the bed, and I didn't feel particularly cold. I think it's a good value for money and a decent accommodation. ^^
