I stayed here on the first day of my visit to Lijiang. They provided transportation to and from the airport, and the car was large and very comfortable. They also upgraded our room to a large room with a bedroom and living room.
My companion came down with a fever and was bedridden, but even in such a case, they were kind enough to help me out by using translation apps and other means, even though I don't speak Chinese. The scenery was beautiful and it was close to the center, yet it was a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the center, so it was very nice. Thank you to Mr. Zhao and all the staff who helped us.

This is a lovely hotel perched on top of a little hill that oversees the old town. Yet it is within the old town. The decorations are exquisite - so beautiful and full of history. The service is very good. They provide pick up from the train station and help us carry our many luggages and wait with us for our private transfer. In the evening they serve us ‘汤圆’ in our room. Special mention to 小赵who really took care of us. Thank you 小赵and team.

We had a wonderful time in Lijiang at the Zen Garden Hotel. Everything is lovingly designed: the garden, the lounges and the rooms. Great location with a fantastic view and you are still right in the historic old town. Jimie planned great excursions with us and gave us lots of great tips for exploring the region, which made the trip unforgettable.
We will definitely recommend the hotel!

Staff 佳佳 was very friendly and approachable and helped us to carry our luggage up to hotel when checking in. she even wake up early to help us to bring our luggage when we told her we are checking out at 7am.
Overall the hotel is situated on top of 狮子山 and have great scenery, room is super clean and spacious.
It is also near 酒吧街 but is not noisy at all from where the hotel is located. We had good night sleep throughout the 3 day stay there. Super recommended to stay here.

The location and environment of the hotel are good, very suitable for vacation. There is an observation deck at the door, and there are stools to sit and overlook the scenery of Lijiang Ancient Town, which is very comfortable.
I booked a garden view mousse room. The bathroom, toilet and washbasin are far apart, which is very inconvenient, and the bathroom door and toilet door are not closed tightly, which is embarrassing😅 But the garden view from the room window is really good, but it’s a pity that I don’t spend much time in the room...
