This is an excellent hotel, located just a five-minute walk from the ancient town of Lijiang. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are friendly, offering a lot of assistance. By the way, the snacks provided at the front desk are delicious. We stayed for three nights, and the hotel offered complimentary transportation to the airport. It was wonderful.

Although the lobby is underwelming, the service and room more than compensated for it. The male receptionist was very polite and helpful in arranging for the transfer to the train statiion for me and his updates were almost immediate. The room itself is clean and very cosy. The location has lots of eateries and shopping. It is barely 3 minutes walk to the old town. Overall, it was a great stay!

My stay at this hotel during my trip to Lijiang was truly amazing! The location is unbeatable. Just diagonally across from the hotel is the Lijiang Ancient Town, and it only takes a 3-minute walk to get there. Signing up for a one-day tour was a breeze too, since the pick-up and drop-off point is right at the hotel entrance. There's a bustling food street downstairs filled with all sorts of local snacks. From delicious rice noodles to Yunnan-style barbecues, I got to try something new every day. And it's so convenient that there are buses right outside the hotel that go straight to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The room was spotless, and the laundry room was a lifesaver. It not only washed my clothes but also dried them, so I always had fresh clothes during my trip. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive. They called me a day in advance to confirm my itinerary. Even though I arrived late at night, the receptionist greeted me warmly and took care of all my needs right away. The Snow Mountain View Room I booked was the highlight. In the morning, I could just open the curtains and lie in bed enjoying the breathtaking view of the Golden Summit of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. And at night, I could watch movies in the room, which was so cozy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang. I'll definitely be back here on my next trip!

Wonderful place to stay ! Will definitely come back. The location is perfect as it’s very close to Lijiang Ancient town. And just outside is one of the pick up point if you were to sign up for day tour thus it’s very convenient (remember to tell the tour operator you want to be picked up near the Mao Ze Dong statue). Staff are super friendly and they even reminded us that our room qualifies for free transfers to either the airport or the High speed rail station once we checked out. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel has washing machine to wash your clothes and to dry your clothe, you could either hang them outside the laundry room or you could hang them inside your toilet as the toilet is equipped with ceiling heater and our clothes became dry overnight

The room is very good, the environment is good, and the facilities are complete. The reception girl is very polite and friendly 100% recommended this hotel .

Good clean hotel. Close to bus stop where you can take 101 number bus for Jade Dragon Blue Mountain. Close to Lijiang ancient town. There is a shop nearby very cheap cloths can be found A cafe too very cheap coffee near the hotel

great location on the main road of the old town so cars can pickup at doorstep, about 5min walk to the entrance of old town. near to the underpass too. free laundry with detergent, have area to air dry too. but sound proof not that great

Great location: Walking distance to buses, shops, eateries, Lijiang old town, and Elephant Hill. Amazing customer service provided by 小兰 and team. Nice thick, fluffy towels, good shower, and spacious wash room. We will stay in this hotel again if we are back in Lijiang in the future.

Ruyi hotel is located near the ancient city. As the ancient city does not allow cars to enter making movement of luggage a challenge, therefore I choose Ruyi which is outside of the ancient city. 8 mins walk to the ancient city. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is at the roadside it is very easy to call for a car ride via Didi. The room is clean. Booked a 3 night stay entitled to a free shuttle to the airport which helped me CNY120. Hotel staff helped to move our luggage to the car. For the value paid, it is worth it. Thank you.

Located right next to the cultural centers and across the red sun square, it’s quite easy to find and convenient if you have luggage, as the taxi can stop near the entrance. Gucheng old city with the water wheel is also within walking distance. The drain wasn’t working properly but you can “fix” it by removing the metal drain cover to the side.

The hotel is near to Lijiang Ancient city. Within 5 to - 10 minutes of walking. There's a passageway opposite the hotel to the Ancient city. For Muslim travellers, there's a halal restaurant near the hotel. Food is good.

The boss greeted us with tea and biscuits and was incredibly accomodating. The room was large and beautiful. We were very happy with our stay here and would definitely stay again if we are ever in Lijiang!

Hotel is fairly new. Room is small for the one we booked (20sqm) but it is reasonable for the price we paid. Bed is comfy and clean. We had to request for a hanging clothes rack as the room does not have a cupboard or clothes rack. Staff is responsive to our requests. The hotel is near the north gate of old Lijiang. It’s about 15-20 mins walk to the old city.
