Amazing hotel, very chilled and spacious, great rooms loads of tea coffee and water in the room. Staff were all very professional, welcoming, and efficient. A really polished team who deliver top tier customer service at all times. Couldn't connect devices to TV as it seems to be blocked from selecting sources. I wouldn't stay anywhere else now in Leicester. Amazing value and amazing vibe The bar and breakfast restaurant are great although they stopped serving food at 9:15pm on the night we arrived. A fiver to town in an Uber, 15 mins walk to the station, the hotel is next to Leicester Tigers stadium and also very close to the King Power. You've got a corner shop, kebab house, McDonalds, and Morrisons all within a ten min walk too.

Staff was very helpful. There is limited parking space and you have to pre book before your arrival. I did not get parking at the hotel. Room was very ok. House keeping not great, loads of dust on surfaces in my room. Couldn’t use the kettle as it looked dirty and dusty. Really helpful staff at reception. Late checkout with no charge. I checked out at 12 instead of 11am Breakfast was good.

Beautiful hotel and made a trip to Leicester Tigers feel like it was corporate hospitality. Parking was not guaranteed so you need to pre-book or accept parking in LRI which is cheaper and opposite but less secure. Electric car charging facility is great, but couldn’t get it to work for me.

From the moment I stepped into Voco I was greeted very warmly by Kelly the lady that served me. I was offered a late checkout by Kelly all I had to do was sign up for free for other perks like staying at other hotels linked to Voco and getting perks when I stay there. Kelly was very warm and kind and offered me complimentary biscuits. Very lovely member of staff if I had a hotel I would definitely want her working for me. The hotel it self was very clean and stylish. It had very good vibes with the decor all around the hotel. Loved my stay and would definitely recommend to stay here weather you are going as a couple or a group of friends or even a solo trip. The location is ideal and not too far from the city centre. Lovely hotel lovely staff 10/10.

We love this hotel! The bar and restaurant are both excellent. The breakfast is really good and the rooms are unusual in their layout. Great for attending gigs at De Montfort Hall as its only a 20 minute walk there, or a 5 min drive!

Please be advised that not everyone is 6ft tall. Magnify mirror, excellent for applying mascara is placed very high and at 5ft 3 could not use it. Thought at first no hair dryer, it was in a draw string bag in the bedroom. Shower excellent. Tea coffee very good 2 chairs but more like dining chairs , not comfortable so only place to sit is on the bed. , the arrangement of furniture made the room feel very cramped for 2 people Don’t know what that counter area was for added to the cramped feeling

The stay was great, was purely there as a stopover for one night but would’ve loved to stay longer.

This was a pleasure visit, no complaints everything was excellent, except the parking charge is high should be less.

Voco was great, rooms were very clean and well equipped. The service was great, everyone was pleasant and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty options. Only downside was that the glasses were cloudy, and when wiped, a brown residue came off on the napkin. Also, the bacon rashers were way too salty, but that's just a small detail. I will definitely be back

Very nice hotel with fairly good location. Excellent if you're attending the rugby which is directly opposite the hotel. Nice soft, comfortable bed with great pillows. Excellent bathroom with shower and nice toiletries. Nice park opposite for a walk. Hotel has a good restaurant and an excellent selection for breakfast. Used Uber for trips to and from the city centre / station. Highly recommended.
