Pleasant stay as always . Big spacious rooms. I would say they have to provide 2 hot chocolate sachets instead one from next time

Really wonderful British breakfast! The floor sounds like so noisy but it is acceptable as it has been worked for 80 years!

Very nice, welcoming hotel, nice and very clean room, I found a very quiet place outside and inside and I slept very well. Excellent bed, pillows and blanket. Nice bathroom with modern shower. Very close to the center of Leicester and the train station, you can easily walk everywhere. There is also a Tesco where you can buy water and food for the night. Very kind, smiling and helpful receptionists. There are bathrooms on the Ground floor. Overall I was happy and recommended.

The hotel of choice for University of Leicester students and parents, especially close to the school. After staying for three days, it was cleaned every day. The price is very reasonable for this area, there is an elevator, it is safe and quiet.
