Great location.. friendly and helping reception.. just nice to stay for short vacations

The hotel is terrible, sorry to say that. The worst hotel in the history of my travels, the toilet bowl is very dirty, unprofessional staff.. going down to the lobby to check out at around 8:00 in the morning and no one in the front desk, waiting for almost an hour, finally decided to call trip.com and inform with my situation. Finally after an hours staff is reaching to the lobby. Not recommended especially for parents with kids.

All good, but condition hotel is to old. Need more clean up, will get better for guest to visit. For me all ok and get better price for one night.

Listed as 24 hrs front office, however, when I arrived at around 3pm, no one was at the counter and the glass door was locked. Only a phone no. provided on a cardboard & asked to contact someone if help is needed. The staff appeared after around 20 mins. The next morning when I was going out at around 9am, I told the counter staff to have my room cleaned. I was asked to leave the key card so that the room can be cleaned. I left the key card. However, when I came back at around 4pm, I was told that the room has not been cleaned. This is rather disappointing as I was expecting for the room to be cleaned since it has way passed the normal check in time. I finally told the staff to have my towels changed and did not asked for the room to be clean again as it will be inconvenient for the room to be cleaned while we are in the room. The level of service is really below par.

I have booked the room and paid but during check in - the receptionist told me there is no available room..so frustrated !! Will not book with this hotel again eventhough they returned my money..

So far the hotel is just fine.. would be great if the hotel management could improve cleaning service. Unfortunately, I got a room that looks like theres no cleaning session before we checked in the room. The furniture was well arranged but i found dust under the bed, few rubbish and some insect in the electric kettle. Kinda shocked but just moving on as I just only need a place to stay. Anyway improve the service some more and this hotel would be great

Shophouse hotel in the village area. Comfortable and cheap. Suitable for a stopover

the bathroom is not satisfactory...needs to be repaired...the tv is broken...the ventilation is not good...

Even though it is far from the city, it is a comfortable budget hotel, it is a bit difficult to find this hotel because it is in Kawasaki village

ok in front of the room there is a large space for a group meal ... a large dining table is provided.
