O hotel é bem localizado no centro histórico. Fácil acesso. Staff prestativo, gentil e educado. A instalação é nova, bem decoradola e muito limpa. O único inconveniente foi a dificuldade de estacionar. O hotel não tem estacionamento próprio e por estar no centro não pude entrar com o carro.

It was great to stay at this wonderful palace with histrory of caring children in the past. The facilities, location and quality of food were best but first of all, the warmest hospitality of all the staffs especially Francesco is the best reason why we should stay at this palace!

The city is small and the location is convenient. The room is large and the balcony is very large. It's very comfortable. The city's water quality is relatively hard, and it's not recommended to drink the boiled water with a kettle. The hotel does not provide drinking water, you need to buy it yourself.

Very friendly and smiling reception service. Very fast lift, breakfast that can feed an army, room on the sixth floor with a crazy view, large, mini bar, air conditioning and many other comforts. You can also use the swimming pool. Nice experience, I would do it again

We were able to serve customers in a very friendly atmosphere near the station. The breakfast restaurant is also nice! I stayed in a room with only a shower. I'm safe because hot water comes out firmly.

Overall I would give the hotel a 3+ rating. It's not a four star as there are too many things that let it down. The staff are great especially Betty on Reception and Mohamed the Restaurant Waiter. Areas that need to improve are room cleaning - we had a problem with ants so had to change room. The second room was okay. The music in the restaurant and pool area was boring on repetitive. I appreciate they have a theme but they need a bit more imagination and encourage the guests to enjoy themselves.
