This hotel is nice and new decorated after Olympic Paris. The room design is model and the lighting in room is good. Room space is big and the bed is comfy. Enough space for family in a room. The breakfast is good.

Very decent hotel with big room in a quiet area. However with walkable distance you find many Asian restaurants and stores if you like Asian or Chinese foods.

Air conditioning is still not working although there is some air ventilation blowing and a fan. Lucliky the weather is less hot (32 deg/27 deg) when I am there, so there's no need to open window at night, but obviously not too comfortable. Otherwise most facilities are ok, however they are not the original condition when they were rated 4*. This hotel should be rated 3* now. Location is fine if you are using public transport pass, so can catch bus 47 or walk from metro station. Going to city center taking maximum 30 minutes. We often walk back at midnight and street is bright and safe.

Yes I like the service

The hotel is in a good location, with both a highway and a subway nearby. The hotel has a very good internal environment, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The restaurant is also quite large, the breakfast is very diverse and satisfying. The sink in the toilet was clogged. When the room cleaner discovered it, he took the initiative to arrange for a maintenance worker to come and fix it, and it was fixed quickly!

The front desk service is very poor, and they even collected the deposit twice. There is still no response to the issue of repeated deposit collection.

It takes about 20 minutes to get to downtown Paris by taxi, and costs 11 euros. There is only a big bed.

I went there based on the hotel brand, but I was very disappointed. The hotel was still under renovation and smelled of formaldehyde. I was not allowed to check in even if I arrived early, which wasted most of my time. Although some waiters were difficult to communicate with, the lobby manager had a great attitude. Maybe it would be better to wait for a while after the decoration is completed before moving in.

The room is quite big and clean. There is a private underground parking lot. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

I feel like all of his chains are pretty good.
