On the post-23 hours reception. One receptionist's service, very slowly. Suggestion: if check in has been made with a QR Code confirms the entry and only the key is delivered or is already available in a key-to-key balcony or box.

It was only one night to follow a long trip. Quick check-in. easy access and close to the airport. It is next to two supermarkets, bakery and restaurants. Breakfast very well served and varied. Apartment well preserved and clean. We only don't like acoustics, but nothing to catch or compromise the stay. It is very far from Salvador's main tourist points, but very easy to locomote using uber or 99. I recommend!!!

Atendimento muito bom, os quartos são limpos e organizados. A localização também é muito boa com facilidades e comércio próximos. Boa estrutura nos ambientes comuns, comodidade e rapidez no atendimento.

The hotel has a bed and towels, but only offers towels, no cover or a dressing. I had a meeting with my husband who hurt his feet in the bathroom, I called the reception and they simply have no first-help kit. I was shocked. I had to buy (I asked for the ifood pharmacy) to make a cure. They said they had no end, they didn't get ready to help, I asked them to swap the floor, because they had blood and they took hours, and toilet paper had only a roll in the room, and I think the night was only a receptionist to solve everything. They should be prepared for any event by law, with a brigade or nurse and a kit of first-hand relief, but they are not.
