We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a fantastic location - just a short walk to the old street with all its cool shops and cafes. Every morning we'd step outside and already be in the middle of the action. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The staff were super nice - always greeting us with smiles and happy to give recommendations. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our kid's favorite part was the small playground just a 2-minute walk away - perfect for burning off energy.

The hotel service staff and environmental facilities are very good, worth the price, and most importantly, the environment is hygienic and clean. The hotel is also conveniently located near shopping malls, restaurants, and train stations. Because it is our anniversary, we need to arrange a small surprise in advance. Hotel is very clean and located in an ideal location in the middle of old town. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer pick up from airport and took me to the local restaurant for lunch. The hotel staff Miss Lila was kind to help me search for a trust worthy local day tour to join. I hope I could stay a few more days in this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to Lanzhou.

The stay at this hotel is a perfect score! From the moment you step into the room, you can feel the intentions of the details. The room is clean and tidy, the floor and tabletop are spotless, the furniture is arranged in an orderly manner, and even the corners are refreshing. The most surprising thing is the sleep experience: the pillow is moderately soft and hard, the mattress is close to the body curve, and it seems to be wrapped in clouds when lying on it. The hotel also has a pick-up and drop-off service to Lanzhou West Station, which is very convenient.

The hotel front desk Xiao Yingzi is warm and thoughtful, and very well-educated. All the questions raised can be solved attentively. There is no noise at all when checking in. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the room is clean and tidy. I will choose next time.

The room was very spacious. The hotel is conveniently located in the new district, about 3km from the West Train Station – a quick taxi ride (minimum fare) gets you there. It's also situated right at the entrance of the old street. While the old street isn't large, the hand-pulled lamb (手抓羊肉) there is excellent, and there's even an interesting chocolate museum. The room itself was modern, featuring smart amenities, and felt brand new. The breakfast was also great!

The hotel's surroundings are well-developed, making dining and transportation very convenient. The rooms are spotless, cleaned promptly daily, and the staff are professional and friendly, always greeting everyone they meet and always offering a friendly smile. After 20 years, I returned to Lanzhou with my children. I've seen a lot of changes in the city. The Yellow River is truly beautiful, and the city's hotel industry is constantly evolving. This time, I chose the Mercure over the Hyatt to be closer to my parents. I was a bit worried about booking one night, but it felt so good that I stayed for several more days. I hope it continues to be that way, and I'll be back next year.

Very suitable for friends or couples to travel, downstairs is very close to a large shopping mall, and there are many super residential areas to eat. The location of the hotel is a little difficult to find. There is free parking. It is the most cost-effective one in Lanzhou. The details are very good, the lobby water bar is complete and there is a microwave oven. The whole house is smart, the decoration is real shot [not many photos can be taken to see the hotel, take Zhongshan Bridge to make up - by the way, the front desk ladies are super good
