As the last city of my sister and I's trip to the Northwest, I chose this hotel which opened last year. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The front desk receptionists Xiao Rui and Xiao Dai were very enthusiastic and arranged for us to stay in the executive floor twin room with a wide view of the new city. The interior design is modern and the supporting facilities are complete, showing the Sheraton standard. The mattress and bedding are comfortable and the facilities are complete. At 9:30 in the evening, we went to the Chinese restaurant and enjoyed high-level service, tea and refreshing and delicious Cantonese cuisine, which soothed our southern stomachs. This morning, I went to the executive lounge to drink coffee, which was very comfortable.

The front desk service was very good. As soon as we came in, Tremella soup was served. When they heard that we were here for tourism, they recommended their map, which was great. This service is not available in other hotels. The room is clean and hygienic. The breakfast is self-service and tastes good. All the staff are smiling and give people a very friendly feeling. The Hilton Garden Inn in Lanzhou is truly terrible. It's a five-star hotel, but it costs around four bags a night. The lack of hangers in the room is tolerable, but the room is small, the toilet isn't smart, and the amenities aren't as good as a budget hotel. The takeout I ordered wasn't delivered by a robot, so I asked to go get it myself. When I asked the front desk, they said the robot had picked it up, but it hadn't been delivered yet. I asked them to send it, but they said there was only one person on duty. Isn't it ridiculous that such a large hotel only has one person working all day? Finally, the front desk staff brought it to me at my request! Overall, the experience was terrible!

The room is warmly decorated, the bed is soft and clean, and the supplies are of high quality. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices and tastes great. There are separate gym facilities. The location is also very convenient, close to food and attractions. The hotel staff are friendly, the service is meticulous, and they always consider the guests. I will choose this hotel next time I travel!

It's really hard to say! It is recommended that the staff check the room I live in. A hotel in all aspects can't stare at the front desk service attitude, engineering and cleaning work.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a shopping mall next to it. There is a night market in the back street at night. The size of the room is OK, the bed is clean. The city view outside the window is very beautiful. There was a small episode. After I checked in, I went to take a shower and wash my hair. Because I didn’t want to wet the disposable slippers, I washed them in the bathroom with bare feet. I found that the hot water was always cold water. Then I asked the staff to take a look, but she wore shoes outside and stepped directly into the bathroom. It would be better to bring a disposable shoe cover, a little mind. Others are generally recommended.
