We really enjoyed the butler service that Gili provided. They call butler “Mr. Friday”. Our Mr. Friday, Mr. Mifi, is amazing. He took care of all our issues, from booking dinners to booking spa and tennis class.

Gili Lankanfushi, the ultimate experience of a dream island! Before the Spring Festival, I accidentally saw Gili's video and was deeply attracted. A trip that I decided to go on started after the Spring Festival! From the moment my child and I set foot on Gili, the smiling faces of every staff member on the island, and our beautiful, lovely and enthusiastic housekeeper KK, left us with very beautiful and unforgettable memories of our five-day and four-night trip to Maldives! Thank you very much! The room type we stayed in this time was villa suite with pool. From the moment we opened the door, the invincible sea view instantly came into view. I love Gili's logs so much! The room area is also very large. The lagoon in front of the first-floor swimming pool is beautiful. You can lie on the net bed to watch the sunrise in the morning. The second-floor terrace has a wide view and it is very comfortable to blow the sea breeze! Our room includes HB breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is rich, and the four-night dinners with different flavors are also great! Every staff member in the restaurant is smiling, paying close attention to the needs of the guests, adding water and changing tableware in time, and there are thoughtful Chinese menus for breakfast and Japanese meals. As rich as the food are the various activities on the island, snorkeling, tennis, sunset cruise, dolphin cruise... We successfully caught up with the cute little dolphins this time, and the trip was worth it! This holiday experience in Gili was perfect. It met all my imaginations of an island vacation. It is a pristine, romantic, and comfortable secluded resort.

I did a lot of research, so I thought I would see "this is it!" everywhere, but I was impressed far beyond my imagination. It was well maintained, which is hard to believe for a hotel that has been around for over 20 years, and the staff were very unique and enjoyed their work, which was also fun. The breakfast had so many options that I never got bored even though I stayed for four nights. I tried the staff's recommendations and tried the daily specials, and my smile never stopped. The only disappointment was the weather and not being able to see any sea turtles. The weather was not quite clear, so... I went snorkeling at the spot three times, but still couldn't see any sea turtles... It was quite disappointing, but I still had fun seeing various fish and having a full moon dinner. Of course, activities and everything you do will cost you at resort prices, so if you have a lot of leeway financially, I think you won't get bored even if you stay for a long time.

If you are still researching and are in doubt between Gili and another resort, your search is over. If you can, don't miss the opportunity to enjoy unique and unforgettable moments at this outstanding hotel. Paradisiacal beaches and rooms, impeccable service where you will be very pampered and well looked after. The only downside is that when your daily allowance ends, you will be very unaccustomed. It's very worth it. I will cherish the moments I lived here for the rest of my life. I hope to have the opportunity to return.

Location, environment and services are all good. It's worth recommending. However, due to the barefoot concept, there were a lot of thorns on the soles of the feet on the wooden deck. Other than that I am satisfied

It was the first time I came to the Maldives alone for vacation, and I was shocked by the beauty of nature. Qili Hotel has its own time, which is said to refer to 🌞Sunrise and sunset. When I came to the island, I started to go barefoot every day, and wandered around by bicycle every day. The hotel butler Miffy is very enthusiastic, and the attentive service of the waiters is impeccable. Next time I have a chance, I will stay again

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. My stay at Gili Lankanfushi Maldives was pure magic. From the moment I stepped off the boat and onto that soft white sand, I knew I was somewhere truly special. The views are breathtaking from every angle. Every single corner of the resort feels like a dream, crystal-clear turquoise waters, overwater villas that make you feel like you’re floating in paradise, and sunsets that look like they were painted by the universe- The food was an absolute masterpiece every day. Fresh, flavorful, creative—every meal felt curated just for me. The service was absolutely impeccable!! And truly the sprinkle of magic that made this resort my pure happiness—warm, genuine, and so attentive to every single detail. I felt like family from the welcome greeting to the heartfelt goodbye. I actually felt a slight heartache leaving my little spot of heaven! Every detail was thoughtful and filled with joy—whether it was the personalized touches in my villa, the peaceful, magical hammock above the ocean, or the magical turn-down moments that made each evening feel like a fairytale. If you're looking for a place that fills your heart, recharges your soul, and surrounds you with beauty beyond imagination, this is it. Gili is the resort.. true magic with such feelings, a dream, a memory you’ll carry forever. I left happier, lighter, and beyond grateful. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are the most engaging and friendly I’ve ever seen and I think it’s because they love what they are doing at this hotel. It’s full of passion. As a location it’s perfect as it’s a 20 minute boat ride from Male airport which is far enough away to not be impacted by the airport and still easy to get to. The accommodation and hospitality areas are all fabulous. They are clean, sustainable and have everything you need. Special shout outs to Shaany and Boa who went above and beyond to look after us and make sure we had a memorable holiday.

We celebrated our honeymoon at Gili for 6 nights in the overwater pool villa. Words are hard to describe the surreal experience from the moment you arrive on Gili to the final departure. This was our first time and we were not disappointed. Special thanks to our “Ms Friday, Shaany” who made sure our stay was exceptional in every way possible. From the breathtaking scenic views the Maldives has to offer, to the exceptional service and friendliness of all staff is what makes this the special 5 star resort it is! Food was absolutely amazing with some of the best breakfast and dinner menus we have ever experienced. Thankyou to Lonsy in the food service and all the staff for such welcoming smiles and exceptional service. Ramon the somlier also! The villas are huge with excellent amenities and plenty of private space. Thankyou Gili for such a memorable experience. We will be back again. Gili Lankanfushi is the most incredible place i have ever visited. Not only is it absolutely beautiful beyond your wildest dreams, it is home to the warmest & friendliest people i have ever met! Nothing is too much trouble, and the attention to detail is like nothing i have ever experienced before. Nothing bad can be said about this place, it is truly magical. Special thank you to our Mr Friday Zubba, who went over and above in taking care of us while we were there, along side of: Wabbe, Monica, Matthew, Ramen, Stanley, Abu, (so sorry i cant remember his name over water bar, pro at shisha), Garner & Gerinpo (Misha). (Team please forgive me i have spelt any names wrong) We love chatting to everyone and making the most wonderful memories. I know they are doing they're jobs but i would love them to know that they make our visits so special, and these wonderful people are what make us return. This is our second visit and i was worried it wouldn't be the same coming back, but i was so wrong it was actually better. Thank you to all of team Gili! Gili was a dream come true. From the Airport Mr Friday awaiting us with Gili sign to our amazing arrival, stay, and classy departure. Kanas (KK) provided the ultimate Mrs Friday experience and cared for us the entire stay. Hats off to Amid, Chris, Alisha, and many others who went the extra mile to ensure our paradise.

Had the most amazing experience celebrating our 10 year anniversary. Gili is literally like paradise. We stayed in a villa with a pool and it was heavenly seeing the sunrise every morning. We loved the fact that they had a bespoke plant based menu, being vegetarian they had clearly put a lot of thought to the menu and the food every day was delicious. The chefs were also able to cater to whatever we required. The service levels were brilliant, we were assigned a Mrs Friday - KK who was always there for us whatever we needed and always had a smile on her face. At the restaurants we were always treated warmly and kindly especially by Ameen and Alicia! Thanks so much for making our holiday so enjoyable! Highly recommend this resort, another plus is that it’s only a 15 min speed boat to the airport!
