The hotel is clean, quiet, suitable for relaxation. The view is very beautiful. I stay here for several nights at a time. I have stayed here more than 20 times this year. I like the view, I like the atmosphere, and the staff are lovely.

It’s okay to stay overnight, but not more than that. The AC is hardly cooling the room: I put it on 18 and full blast, but still not enough(( and on top of that, it’s so noisy. The same with the toilet flush, if you decide to flash it at night you’ll wake up whole Lampang;) the room has a fridge, but no kettle, so maybe I’m grumpy because I didn’t have my morning freshly brewed coffee.

It is a small hostel located near the train station of Lampang Province, convenient to walk for tourists using the train service. The decoration of the hotel is beautiful, the place is clean, the service by the associates is quite good. The male employees have a very good service mind and are attentive in providing services. Hotels and rooms according to hop inn standards that are intended in the middle of Lampang city, on the main road, convenient to travel, clean rooms, comfortable beds. But the room walls are quite thin, hear the sound from outside, the bathroom is clean, wet and dry parts, free wifi, parking lot, coffee service in the morning at the lobby. Service staff Good, but the building condition and the room condition starts to be damaged. Older condition than Lampang City Center branch

The room is clean and valued of money. I was not expecting with this rate per night but this place has surprised me with good quality when compared to others at the same rate. Good location, nearby 7-11 and Lotus Express. Even they has a halal restaurant, delivery to your room with cheap price and delicious. Staffs are friendly. Recommended!

This guest house deserves 6 stars. 5 stars are for location, view, value for money, accuracy in small details, homemade jam and food in general. First you're afraid if the taxi can't find in the dark Smaids Room, but at last we entered a modern Resort. Directly a nice staff who helps you with everything. Sleep calm and a good breakfast in the morning, choose Thai or Europe. For the city exploration they have good bikes and staff gives additional information for the attractions to search. We had a good stay and go back to Lampang and Smaids Room in four weeks. We will give the route ourselves because we know the city and are happy to have dinner again in the street

This is a very memorable trip. The hotel facilities are clean and tidy, and the service is in place. We have arranged a carriage for the tour. The homestay is beautiful, located right on the river. In the community area at the river there is coffee, cacao, water or tea, some fruits as well as small snacks, as well as a microwave. We had a room with balcony, better said a covered terrace with some seating facilities, a fan, bar, refrigerator, private microwave and water cooker. The bedroom has air conditioning, double bed, TV and make-up area for the lady. Washing basin is positioned in front of the toilet/douche. Deduction is available because unfortunately there is no full breakfast with what I am at the price of THB 1400. The morning or evening market is not far away, so this ear problem is not a real problem.
