It is a peaceful, practical space for anyone needing to focus, relax, or simply unwind. The accommodations are spotless, clean, and very comfortable. Beyond the quiet setting, one of the biggest highlights is the food and drink—they serve truly authentic Northern Thai cuisine that is fresh, flavorful, and genuinely local. The staff are wonderfully friendly, warm, and attentive throughout your stay. Whether you are traveling for a working retreat or a short getaway, this homestay delivers on every front. Highly recommended.

Impeccable! Spotlessly clean! The gentleman at the reception is very kind; he provided a map and gave recommendations for the city, restaurants, etc. He even drove me to the station for free with my suitcase when I checked out! You can rent motorbikes for 300 baht/day or use a bicycle for free. There's also parking available. The rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floor, clean, simple, and very well-maintained with air conditioning. The gentleman even helps with luggage! On foot, you're 4 minutes from 7/11 or Big C, 3 minutes from the Clock Tower, 10 minutes from the Night Market, and 35 minutes from the train station. Special mention for the Ceramic Museum where you can paint your own creations on various items (cups, plates, piggy banks, flower pots...) with only a 30-minute wait for firing, or 10 minutes if you're in a hurry!

After a warm welcome, we spent a really comfortable and enjoyable 3 nights here. Rooms are spacious and set in a lovely garden on the riverside. Decor is old-Thai style but has all the facilities needed (a/c, fan, kettle, fridge, good shower, even insect repellent cream!). It's the many small things that make it a lovely place to stay eg the mini-kitchen facilities at the river verandah, some fresh fruit, complimentary cookies etc. Location is riverside and a short walk to the night markets and some of the main Wats.

Location fantastic, right next to the Wang River in downtown Lampang. Service excellent. Very enjoyable stay.

And every time I visit Lampang… there's one place I always have to stop by: Baan Chiang Bed Lampang 🏠✨ 🌿 Atmosphere & Decor The entrance sign looks simple and unassuming, but once you step inside… wow, it's like entering another world! 😮 Lush greenery welcomes you from the moment you arrive, with ferns, frangipani, and other ornamental plants surrounding the building. The decor has a vintage yet tropical feel that isn't forced, but rather very natural. There are outdoor seating areas under the trees, old wooden tables and wrought iron chairs, and wooden walkways that lead you through the small garden. 🪴 Inside, there's a tiled hallway with a patterned design, a style reminiscent of an old house lovingly restored. Framed pictures hang on the walls, and there are antique wooden bookshelves. And the vintage collectibles that tell a story — these little details are what make this place feel “alive,” unlike typical hotels. 📚 🛏️ Rooms There are only 6 rooms here, giving it a homey feel. The rooms are simple, with a wooden desk, designer chair, TV, and a table lamp that provides warm lighting in the evening. 🌆 Open the window and you'll be greeted by frangipani trees with their branches bending towards you — a view you can't buy. 🌸 🍳 Dining Room & Shared Kitchen Another highlight is the shared dining room that all guests use. There's a kitchen available for use; you can buy groceries and cook your own meals if you like. Very convenient. The dining room has a bright and airy atmosphere, with large windows overlooking the green garden. Natural light streams in beautifully in the morning. ☀️ 🍞☕ 💸 Price Prices are in the hundreds, just six red banknotes (approximately 100,000 baht). 💸 For this level of atmosphere and design, it's incredibly good value. 📍Baan Chiang Bed Lampang is a place I return to every time I come to Lampang. Good hotel with a good location. You can walk across the bridge the walking street market in 10mins. Also 1 real local market nearby, Tessaban 3 market, which local people still come to shopping. Services of the hotel is very good. Price is very cheap. Only 1 thing I gave 4 stars is a car parking. It's very tide.

The room was neat and clean, promptly tidied, and well-equipped. The front desk staff were very friendly and solved issues quickly. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, meeting our needs. The only downside was its proximity to the road, which made for a noisy night.
