Everything was excellent except for the hidden fees and the clothing sizes. Its geared more towards smaller people and that's okay, but what about when someone large shows up? There's also an extra tax that was not mentioned so budget accordingly and a fee to utilize the main attraction which was the roof top.

1층에서 러기지 보관 서비스도 되고요. 9층에 있는 직원들이 모두 친절해서 좋았습니다. 특히 한국어를 정말 잘하는 일본인이 계셔서 너무 편했어요. 9층에 있는 온천 두곳도 사람들이 없어서 거의 단독으로 사용했고요. 친정엄마께서 허리가 아프셨는데, 온천물이 좋다고 했습니다. 그런데 저는 흰색(석회수물처럼)의 온천에서 둥둥 떠있는 것이 사람들의 각질처럼 느껴져서 조금 거북했는데..., 마그네슘 때문에 그렇다는 것을 알게 되어 안심되었습니다. 온천은 엘레베이터 옆쪽과 맞은편에 있었는데 매일마다 교차로 남탕, 여탕이 된다고 해요. 그래서 저는 이틀모두 사용해봤습니다. 엘레베이터 맞은편에 있는 온천의 풍경이 기요미즈데라여서 좋았습니다. 온천을 하고 난 후 커피와 아이스크림이 무료로 제공되어서 맛있게 먹었습니다. 드링크로 1잔 무료로 제공하는 서비스가 있었는데, 저는 맥주를 마시지 않아서 스킵했고요. 밤에 10시 라운지에서 족욕하며 경치감상하고 음악을 들으니 힐링되었어요. 가와라마치역, 다카시마야 백화점, 굿네이쳐 호텔, 이디온 몰, 가모강 등이 근처에 있어서 쇼핑과 볼거리도 많았습니다. 아참~~ 조식은 도시락으로 제공되는데 9층에서 받아서 방에서 드시거나 9층, 10층에서 드신다고 하는데..., 저는 10층의 풍경을 보며 먹었습니다. 풍경이 넘 멋졌답니다. 다음에 또 오고 싶은 숙소였어요.^^

枕頭底下有頭髮和一圈水漬，旁邊就是馬路，半夜一兩點還有摩託車經過，睡得不好。屋子太小了，配不上這麼高的價格。

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our Japan trip.
It was super clean, amazing location and had a free onsen for hotel guests to use! After a long day of discovering Kyoto it was nice to be able to relax in the Onsen. Room was nice and clean too. Service was also always super friendly!
Hotel also had an amazing rooftop terasse with a nice view!
