虛假的圖片宣傳，浴缸圖片根本不是房間裏的，我看圖片訂的這個房型，確認房型也顯示帶浴缸，價格1800多比四五星級酒店都貴，帶14歲女兒入住後大吃一驚，告訴我浴缸在一樓，一樓是入户窄窄的走廊，不到一米的前台，全天無人，昏暗的燈光，浴缸室如圖就在前台邊上這個門進去，挨着電梯口,晚上更黑，這樣的條件讓我一個**志帶孩子，要坐電梯穿好衣服下樓泡澡，太不安全也不方便，讓人害怕，入住兩天一次沒泡，兩天沒人打掃衞生倒垃圾，頭一次碰到這種不同樓層拼成套房情況。況且這又不是温泉私湯，特意看了浴缸室條件，和日本千元以上帶浴缸設施沒法比，沒有温泉浴鹽，身體乳等配備，標價近2000元一宿的酒店，無前台，無早餐，前廳無咖啡機，無微波爐，房間裏小小的衞生間。和同等價位日本酒店的設施差的很多，應該不是日本當地人開的，照片很美可惜不是你房間內的。

Out of all our hotel stays in Japan, this was by far the comfiest and spacious hotel. We loved the spacious beds and living room area! Our host was super friendly and helpful as well. Bonus points for being able to communicate with us in English! The location is super close to all the mega shops and in walking distance to so many restaurants. This boutique hotel was such a gem and we would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great location and comfort in the heart of Kyoto.

Great room, very clean and comfortable. The host is incredibly helpful and speaks perfect english. The location is ideal to easily reach all the incredible temples, shrines and zen gardens. The room feels very japanese with a warm wooden ceiling and a japanese painting. Fantastic bathroom with huge soaking tub and the rain shower was amazing.

I visited here with my boyfriend on a Golden Week trip. It was a surprise, so I didn't know about it (lol). The bathroom was on the first floor and the room was on the second floor, so the moment we got up the elevator and entered, I was excited to see the stylish furniture and cute accessories everywhere!! There was also a bouquet of flowers that my boyfriend had prepared as a proposal, and he proposed to me in such a wonderful space!! It was the first time I'd ever had such a happy day, so it became a place with great memories. I'll definitely come back to stay again!

As it was also our honeymoon, it was perfect for a luxurious trip♪ On the other hand, it was disappointing that there was trash on the carpet, dust on the ventilation fan, and the trash can was small... The welcome cupcake was delicious, but it would have been nice if it came with a tray or something. It was a nice inn, so that bothered me even more. Everything else was good! I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
