The autumn leaves season in Kyoto ended a little later this year, and I was lucky enough to book a room at a price much lower than that in November. The front of this house is not big but it is a different world inside. It feels like there are 4-5 townhouses with single-family houses. We checked in late and all the small requests we made to the front desk lady were met. There are two floors, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a bit of a luxury for my husband and I to stay there as a couple. Next time we can bring our parents along and it shouldn't be too crowded (it would probably be inconvenient if both sets of parents come). The neighborhood is very quiet, not far from Nijo Castle, and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk from Omiya Station. We felt a little awkward dragging our suitcases on the quiet street at night: D. Overall satisfied, I will choose it again next time if the price is right.

The bathroom floor mats are rotten and wet straw mats, and black and white leather slippers replace disposable slippers. However, the real nightmare is a tatami bedroom with loose flakes and hair of different lengths. I feel like I’m being bitten by insects in the middle of the night, and I actually see a living body in the morning! Fortunately, I booked the room through Ctrip. I contacted Ctrip immediately. The customer service lady was very helpful. She didn’t hesitate to contact the merchant immediately. The reply was very fast and she gave me a solution that exceeded expectations. Thank you again to this customer service lady! Although the merchant's subsequent solution was lower than expected and they tried to shirk responsibility, but fortunately Ctrip and the customer service lady were there, which was a blessing in misfortune~
