The hotel environment and sanitation are OK, but the design of the hotel bed head is unreasonable. The bed head is very low and made of angular wooden boards. It is very dangerous if people lie down on it carelessly. I hit my head and bled for most of the night. In an emergency, I went to the front desk to explain the situation and needed to go to the hospital immediately. My first reaction was funny, and they didn't take the initiative to help recommend a hospital or accompany me to a taxi. After repeated communication, they helped to call a taxi, but it turned out to be a small hospital where I couldn't see a doctor. I had to change hospitals and finally got a stitch, which cost 130,000 yen. I complained again and again, and the hotel manager said they had reported it to the insurance company, but after waiting for 20 days they said they would not pay the claim. This accident affected the entire trip, and I understood that I hoped the hotel would make some statement, even if it was just a partial refund of the room rate, but they insisted on refusing and did not send an email to apologize. If there is discrimination against China, please do not receive Chinese tourists!
