Excellent. They make you feel like you’re their special guest at their home and everything is well thought out in order to maximise your comfort. Garden was beautifully curated and the kiseki was exquisite as well. Definitely go for the half board option if it’s available! Thank you for the unforgettable experience.

Beautiful place, fantastic customer service. Japanese breakfast was sooo good. This place is on a main street right near lots of shops and restaurants, but from inside, you can't hear any of the street noise, and you feel tucked away. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!!! Highly recommend. Dinner and breakfast super! Excellent service and location also excellent. Nothing to complain. I wish I could have stay more time. The dining room is fantastic, very calming and relaxing. Food was also very sophisticated and curated.

Staying at a traditional ryokan is an immersive cultural experience. I loved every part of this beautiful place - from the traditional entrance gate, up some old stone stairs to the doorway, the main area with remnants of an ancient kitchen, the courtyard my room, the breakfast room… every nook was beautiful. Upon arrival, my room was set up for a tea ceremony. The breakfast, served in traditional Japanese style, was spectacular! I loved getting dressed in a yukata for breakfast or to go to the onsen. Sleeping on the floor takes some getting used to, but it was comfortable enough. Overall, a memorable experience.
