Excellent. They make you feel like you’re their special guest at their home and everything is well thought out in order to maximise your comfort. Garden was beautifully curated and the kiseki was exquisite as well. Definitely go for the half board option if it’s available! Thank you for the unforgettable experience.

My husband and I traveled to Kyoto during our holidays and stayed for several nights. The staff went far beyond expectations and even helped us when the Shinkansen service was disrupted delaying our arrival. The food, quality of the rooms, the onsen and the location and of course the amazing staff make this an ideal pick for couples or families visiting Kyoto. Thank you again to the front desk staff and manger for your help and kindness.
