地點離四條站很近，是一個很大的優點
但是，設施真得太不方便了。説兩個硬傷：1 房間沒有礦泉水 2床頭沒有插座！我定的價格和前兩天三井花園的差不多，但體驗感受天差地別。這邊的房間睡覺都能聞到一點頭油的氣味……
唯一讓我感到欣慰的是前台服務很暖心，我不見了行李牌讓我別著急説不用賠償，衹是一個行李牌而已（不過後來還是找到了）

Excellent location. 2 minute walk from subway station Shijo, thus very easy to get around. Rooms were clean. Staff were helpful and friendly in general. We were staying in a connecting room and the air conditioner in the corner room was a bit loud but since I had my own ear plugs it wasn’t too much of a problem. But this might be an issue for light sleepers.

2基あるエレベーターの1台が故障しており，エレベーター待ちの行列が出来ていた．個々のエレベーターも小さく，フロントが2階にあるため，チェックインまでにかなりの時間を要した．防犯のために階段が出来ず，さすがにクレームをつけさせていただいた．翌朝もまだエレベーターが1基のみであったが，階段が使えるようになっており，柔軟な対応をしていただいた点は評価できる．

住的豪華大床房，房間在日本來説算是很寬敞了，開闊舒服！我這個房型有兩個窗户，住的最高層，採光好，安靜舒適！
地理位置超級無敵好，鬧中取靜，離商業片區超近，走路過去十分鐘。樓下靠近地鐵站、公交車站，去哪兒都很方便！下次還住這一家！

Everything was perfect, the location was great, the breakfast was rich, the room was big enough, and the price/performance ratio was first-rate. I never expected to be disgusted when I checked out at 9:30 am on the 25th.
Because I was used to checking out manually at the front desk, I walked directly to the front desk and said check out. I was still two meters away from the front desk girl, and her impatient expression was overflowing. She pointed at the machine with her hand. Before I could react and was about to ask, she glanced at me, and walked out of the counter with a look of rage, and her eyes were about to roll. One action ruined the goodwill built up by all other staff in the previous four days. Can such a service attitude really be tolerated by the hotel?
