Environment/Facilities: Clean and hygienic, with a sitz bath. After a day of exhaustion, I soaked in bath soap for half an hour, which was incredibly relaxing. The noise level was very low, with excellent soundproofing. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, making for a very pleasant stay. Amenities were also comprehensive, including a laundry room for those dirty clothes that pile up during travel. 😌 Service: First, the staff were fluent in both Japanese and English, making communication very smooth. 🥰 Second, the front desk staff were exceptionally attentive and attentive. A special thank you to the front desk staff who helped me find my passport on August 9th. 👩💼 🧑💼 was very considerate and helpful, especially for helping me retrieve it. They thoughtfully mailed it to my hotel and also emailed me the next steps. They were incredibly patient, meticulous, and organized throughout the entire retrieval process, which was incredibly helpful. 🥹This is an excellent hotel, highly recommended. 👍👍👍

This was the cheapest hotel I booked during my trip to Japan. It far exceeded my expectations. It was truly wonderful.

It's bigger than I expected. The service is very good. Cleaning is done every three days. Bath towels can be changed every day at the front desk. Overall, it's very affordable. It's very close to Nijo Castle and the transportation is convenient. It's very good.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. The room is quiet and relatively spacious in Japan. The only problem is that the hotel is a bit old and the toilet flushing sound is too loud.
