Hotel Emion Kyoto

The room was clean and tidy, the price was right, and the location was good. I felt it was almost 8 o'clock in the evening when I took a flight to JR with my friends. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and responsible, and they introduced the hotel facilities in detail. The hotel is very new! There is also a public bathroom, where you can take a bath when you are tired at night. The hotel also provides welcome drinks when you check in. They have their own locally brewed beer and cola, which taste very good! There is a market around, and there are several izakayas next to it. There is a convenience store across the road, and the transportation is convenient. There is also a Umekoji Park nearby. In short, the hotel is very comfortable and I like it very much!

It's spacious and the hotel has good facilities. The staff is really friendly and there's a bathroom so it's nice to wash up! (The ice cream vending machine is delicious lol) However, it's far from tourist attractions so you have to take a bus.

Thank you for making my first visit to Kyoto a wonderful experience. Overall, the lobby and room were in excellent condition, and the refreshing rooftop lounge will remain in my memory for a long time. It was a new building, but there was nothing outdated. In particular, the bathroom was clean and comfortable, connected to the toilet. I was satisfied with the floor-to-ceiling windows and the aesthetic interior design. I was worried because Japan is famous for having small accommodations, but it was spacious enough to match the price. It was so good that I would have stayed longer if my vacation had been longer. It is a good hotel where not only foreigners but also locals stay. It is connected to Umekoji Kyoto Nishi Station, so you don't have to go far outside the station! After taking the elevator, walk straight down the passage on the 2nd floor and take the elevator down, and you will see the hotel lobby. I would visit again if I come to Kyoto again. There is also a restaurant area connected to the building by an escalator, and I recommend it because they give out discount coupons for guests only. The staff are friendly and kind. There didn't seem to be any Korean staff, but simple Japanese and English were enough.

I stayed here with my family, and the room was spacious and clean. There was also a large public bath and an observation deck, so we were able to relax.

I only stayed one night because I had to move my schedule forward by one day due to a typhoon coming, so I had to return home.. I was very disappointed. The best part was that I was able to relieve my fatigue at the public bathhouse after finishing my day's schedule^^ The staff were also kind and nice.
