Good location near Kyoto Station. Well connectected with bus and train. Spacious room.

Happy with this stay thanks for the hospitality

Lovely interiors and good service. Breakfast was good too. Location is 10 minutes walk away from Kyoto Station which doesn’t sound far, but it felt far under the heat.

Tucked away in a little alley Mercure Kyoto was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. Two thing I did notice was: 1. The instructions on the piece of paper to connect Netflix was incorrect. We had to call the front desk who didn’t answer. 2. The service in the restaurant was slow. Otherwise, good location. Great room, clean and comfortable.

I'm disappointed with the hotel's services. The staff members are not friendly when we ask them questions.

Very conveniently located hotel, close to Kioto station. Rooms are large and spacious, pleasant staff

Staffs are very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend others to stay in this hotel. Room is clean and decent size for two people.

A good hotel close enough to Kyoto main station. Check in process was smooth. Room was well designed and had sufficient space. Suitable for business travellers or tourist that plans to hop quickly from.place to place via Kyoto statiion.

The hotel was nice but the location was a bit far from where the downtown area was. Also the windows were tinted with a plastic film, could not see outside. Finally the AC was not stable that was a bit problematic but all and all it was a nice place.

The design of the hotel is very modern and new Can see the Kyoto tower from the room

The hotel is located near Kyoto Station at about 10 mins walking distance. Some great restaurants around and several convenience stores as well. Room is spacious and comfortable, you will have no complaint about their services and cleaness. Surely will recommend to others.

Not very far from Kyoto station. Clean and friendly staff. It was great travel with 4yo kid
