The hotel had an authentique Japanese feel to it , very spacious rooms , kind staff , and perfect location ! If you are coming from Tokyo to get another feel of Japan then this must be the perfect location !
Being used to major hotels in Tokyo , this came as a contrast , it felt like a traditional home but with all the luxuries you need. I highly recommend

入住5晚的分享，提醒各位中國朋友，槽點太多，住宿完全不符高房費，不如添幾百住Ritz-Carlton，預訂三思。
第一，房間佈局不合理，隔音差，噪聲影響睡眠。空調直對床吹，我們都被吹感冒，如果關空調，強烈黴味就散發出來。最詭異的一點，整間洗手間回聲巨大，換了一間房還是如此，用到你神經衰弱。客服的解釋是“每個人感官不同”。
第二，酒店僅有最基本的服務，比如想換錢，要自己跑去附近的別家酒店。入住幾天，基本所有事都是自己處理。酒店安排了台灣省中文服務生，本以為重視中國顧客，後來才感覺不對勁，毫無服務可言。通過酒店訂了間日料餐廳，我們都被空調吹生病，就聯繫中文客服商量可否改期，另外幫忙查詢下湯豆腐清淡料理的店。結果客服基本上是用威脅的語氣表達“一定要去，要不然餐廳會找酒店收錢，我們不會付的”，回房間考慮並打給客服説儘量幫我們協調，我們也是在房間吹空調感冒了很難受。最終是我們頂着契約精神去餐廳消費了，而客服從頭至尾除了催我們去/付餐廳錢，也沒有幫忙查詢清淡料理，也沒有表達任何關心或想要改進。絕望的儘可能多撈一筆是一筆看上去是本酒店的指南。
第三，退房標準11點，我們打電話12點退房，客服反應是“我問問，可以12點，給你們免費，多出一分鐘就要收費”，真是哭笑不得，作為消費2W5+人民幣的顧客，也仍然這種態度嗎？
非旺季，酒店也沒有入住很多人，台灣省客服表面友善實則不幫忙，日本經理冷臉英文差。入住多天在外旅遊的顧客很可能會有各種情況發生，想要安心遊玩的不推薦這家。
