Pros: location, large rooms, clear check-in system.
Don't believe those who write that it is difficult to enter the hotel. At 10 am on the day of check-in, DETAILED instructions are sent to your email, with the code for the front door and the code for the room, to receive key cards.
There is no breakfast at the hotel.
Cons: very dirty, little light, no cleaning of the rooms, no water in the room

The room was cleaner and tidier than I expected. Check-in was quick and the staff were very friendly to Chinese people. The room was very Japanese in style. Downstairs was a busy commercial street.

The place has an excelente location, easy to get there. The room was cleaned and organized. However, there is no person at the front desk to ask questions or ask for help. The code for entering to the room was sent by SMS, but since we were traveling the service for SMS of our phone company does not work outside our country, so we did not receive the message since we were traveling. They do not have an e-mail address, so the check in instructions could not be send there. When we arrived to the place was late and we found the front desk empty even though we still arrived in the front desk service hours. We had a hard time contacting the hotel but luckily could get some help in calling the administration to get our room number and the code.

It was cheap during the rainy season, which is a quiet time, and the facilities were clean and nice.
I thought there was one problem. They didn't inform me of the security number in advance by email or anything, so I called the unmanned front desk on the day to find out. I think it's probably an adult matter, but I think they should have at least emailed me first. It would be recorded, and they said they would let me know how to check in later.
I'm not against unmanned hotels to save money.
But Tripp didn't know about this system either.
I think there is room for improvement.
