객실에 안막커튼이 있어서, 아침에도 잠에서 깨지않고 푹쉴 수 있었습니다. 호텔 내 2층에 세탁기도 있어서 좋았습니다. 체크인을 하기 위해서는 남관(south)으로 가시면 되고, 북관(north) 문을 보는 방향에서 뒤를 보시면 남관이 있습니다. 전반적으로 시설이 다 괜찮았습니다. 남관 2층에서 커피나 음료도 마실 수 있습니다.

每次來京都，都是選擇住在這裏，主要是太方便了，吃穿住行非常非常方便。先説個不好的，這次訂房連住5天，臨時有急事要回北京，0930接的電話，1030退房，打車趕1400大阪關西機場的CA，問前台打車需要多長時間，前台不知道，反問我去哪個機場，我説需要多少時間，就是不知道，想想也是，大家的思路和出發點不一樣。馬路邊上攔了個出租車，調出百度地圖，司機説1個半小時，確實是1300整到的，緊趕慢趕辦好了登機手續，安檢後直沖35號登機閘口，衹是看到34號口，問機場服務員35號口在哪裡？在34號口的左邊還是右邊，人家回答我“不知道”，徹底破防。這和酒店問詢是一樣的，因為事不關己吧？是自己把周圍想的太好了。不過酒店連第5天的城市建設費都不退，確實太小氣了，我也非常失望的，幸好攜程瞭解情況後，主動給了我300元人民幣的安慰金，我真是受寵若驚，想想自己一直力捧這個酒店，現在生意好了，真是寒心。
下面説一些好的
吃：麪條（包括拉麪和烏冬面關東煮，非常方便）
牛肉（壽喜燒吃高島屋對面Food Mall那家自助，烤肉吃京的肉，單點即可，不用要套餐）
壽司（旋轉壽司兩家都非常好，都非常近50米內）
海鮮（魚蝦在錦市場，螃蟹在蟹道和北海道螃蟹餐）
天婦羅（50米內有一家非常火）
烤串（樓下那家就極火，專門手工炭火各種雞串，當然也有牛肉串）
穿：有很大的優衣庫和各種小店
住：建議住北樓，2樓是免費休息室，軟飲暢飲，1樓聯通711，有微波爐和洗衣機，相當於花很少的銀子享受各種食品，非常方便。其中有一個北海道焦糖布丁冰激凌，我每晚必吃一個，540日元
行：去哪裡都特別方便，3個人從京都站過來建議打車，説到酒店的公共汽車站（就是優衣庫門口），走進來100米不到，1500日元。平時出去坐公共交通，足矣。
